The work this salon provides is five stars. They are specialized in curly hair which is great. We will be returning but I do believe it is worth being transparent. Our stylist was Kels. The only reason I would mark this down a star is because our artist cancelled within an hour of our first time customer appointment on a Saturday morning. I understand getting sick, but even the night before as a notice would have been thoughtful. It was not considerate as with curly hair cuts you are expected to prep the hair before. Imagine doing an hour of prep just to be cancelled on last minute. This was in preparation for a very important event and just caused additional emotional strain.

i booked an appointment and got called 2 hours before saying it got cancelled i checked her instagram to book another appointment and she posted her client i was told she didn’t go in because she felt sick 🤦🏻‍♀️

Best Salon! I was hesitant on going for a while but then finally booked my first appointment and haven’t looked back since. I have curly hair so I book with Sue but every stylist is genuine and works wonders!

Was super excited for a curly hair appointment and my daughter was also booked for a haircut, both of us we not satisfied with our cuts and had to return a week later. The young girl who did my daughter hair did a great job but she was not the original stylist but I got my original stylist and she was clearly offended that I came back even though she said that if I wanted more cut off that I was welcome to come back well during the second appointment she was very dismissive and proceeded to just snip my hair at random completely disregarding my natural part and now it’s random lengths and completely thinned out in the front. Will never go back because it’s basically a fancy salon that has JUST GRADUATED FROM HAIR SCHOOLS at a extremely expensive price

Amazing salon and Alicia is the BEST at blonde. I’ve been a platinum violet blonde for years, but until I started seeing her I couldn’t get my hair healthy enough to grow. It’s now halfway down my back. Thank you, Alicia and thanks to your wonderful staff.

I was a new customer today and I couldn’t be happier. I saw Cassidy and she was so friendly and kind. I was having trouble with my curly hair and needed it cut and colored. She did such a great job! I feel like my hair is so much more under control now and she worked with my curls and made them manageable for me. She listened to my concerns and I’m very pleased with her work. I’ll be back for sure!

I booked a last minute opening with Kells last week. I really needed some help with the shape and layers for my curly hair and I was just so frustrated with it. She cut and styled it and i am OBSESSED. My hair is just perfect and im so happy with it. The stylist Cassidy also helped style and she was very kind and helpful. The salon is lovely and everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly including Niko who helped me book the appointment. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to everyone for your help!

Kells was great! (She also had an assistant whose name I cannot remember, but she was also very good!) She talked me through everything she did. I was a little shocked by how defined my curls were after the cut and style. I will definitely be returning to her for my curly maintenance.

Daijah was very friendly and helpful in the whole process from curling my hair to even doing braids! Definitely would recommend booking her for your hair needs. Deep wash and condition. Curls. Braids. Color. You name it!

Noel is great. I love this place, she taught me how to style my curls and did a very cute hair cut to fit my face. I went back a second time and actually added some color in my hair, I've only rocked black hair, my natural color. I was a bit nervous, but Noel was great and professional. I love my new highlights, I added some red and I couldn't be happier.

This place makes a girl feel amazing and feeling herself! I came across it on Instagram and decided to try it. I’d never ever had a result on my hair the way I wanted it, my unruly curly hair had been so hard to tame. Kelly helped me and she was amazing, made me feel so amazing, and my hair was truly gorgeous. She was amazing!

Asked for a new Balayage. Not sure why she started ear length. I went back and she "fixed it" by making the highlights higher. But now I look botched as you can see. Not worth my $400. Thick Highlights at the bottom and really thin lights on top. I look weird. My hair is also different colors. & went to the "top stylist"

Curly Kelly did an amazing job with my curl cut, color, and style!!! This was the best experience I’ve had with my hair in my life. She took special attention to each curl and provided so many great tips, ideas, and products. My hair turned out better than I had hoped. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience they truly work as a team to help each other. Will be coming back for sure!!!

IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR, SUELLEN WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!😩🤩 I have fine, curly hair and have always struggled to get volume and nice curls! Not only was her cut PERFECT for what I wanted, but she also showed me how to style, add product and dry my hair correctly! 11/10 the NICEST and BEST hair professional I have ever been too. Plus everyone in the salon was so nice, like a bunch of amazing women supporting and hyping each other up! I will never go to anyone else as long as I live in AZ.

Suellen is a GODDESS! I fly from California to Arizona twice a year, as she is the only person I will let touch my curls. I’ve gotten 4 Devacuts from her, each time my curl pattern being improved after decades of hot tool use. I’ve sent at least 12 friends to see her, and she’s the first recommendation out of my mouth when I hear someone is struggling with their waves/curls/kinks/coils. She works with me to find products that will agree with my hair and scalp health. And she has become a friend. Can’t recommend Salon Estique enough!

The girl at the front desk is awesome! She called me back right away and book me an appointment the same day for a haircut. My hair stylist Ysena did an amazing job on my haircut. Before cutting it she made sure I was ok with the length. Great shampoo hair massage!! All the products smelled so good.

This was my first time coming to Salon Estique. I came in wanting to touch up my highlights (a service which is priced at $103 on their website). Megan did an alright job (I was a little underwhelmed at the quality of the highlights) and I was mostly satisfied with my experience. However, I was disappointed when I got to the front desk and was charged $53 extra for toner, a product which is necessary for a completed highlight job and therefore should be included at no extra cost. I was also charged $51 extra for a simple blow dry. I was not notified of any of these charges beforehand. Ultimately, the services are overpriced, and frankly the pricing online is very misleading. I will not be returning and I would advise everyone else to call ahead of time to verify prices and ask for an itemized receipt. I would like to offer my compliments to Megan’s assistant whose name escapes me. She did very well with handling my hair.

I have had Megan as my stylist for almost 20 years. She is so personable and helpful. She will tailor to your needs and offer helpful suggestions for home hair care between visits. She is also willing to be very flexible to your individual needs. The entire staff is cordial and kind. Great place!

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter who has curly hair. I am a first time client and on their website it stated that it was $60 and when I checked out they told me that it would be $127 in total. They then admitted that their website said $60 but they were still gonna charge me $127. I feel like as a new client and business owner, they should’ve honored that price — just for my first visit — since the mistake was on their part and they openly admitted that. I really loved Suellen and she did an amazing job, I just wish that Kelly the manager had done a better job of handling the situation rather than just being a silent bystander. 5 stars for the stylist, but 1 star for customer service.

I am so happy I found this place. The staff is friendly, and the salon is very pretty. Suellen is amazing! I'm transitioning my hair and the way she explained curl care made so much sense. She walked me through every step, had me try techniques she was doing, and let me ask a million questions. Before I was feeling overwhelmed by the process, now I'm excited to embrace my natural hair.
