Jordan was absolutely amazing! I was a new client we talked about what I wanted, realistic expectations and she was so lovely. She absolutely delivered and my hair turned out amazing!

Recently had a very very poor experience at this place. I went in for blonde highlights, showed stylist pictures, and told her i wanted as much BLONDE as possible. In my first session with her, she gave me balayage.. and it wasn’t blonde at all. She told me to come back in a week for more lightner . Came back and she gave me more balayage pieces, but still no blonde. At this point i’ve spent over $600, seen the stylist twice and still have no blonde. I’m thinking to myself, “am i missing something here?” but I trusted that she knew what she was doing and that we would be able to achieve blonde after multiple sessions. But the thought of paying over $350 for each appointment just seemed ridiculous… I kept the hair for a couple of weeks until i just felt like I couldn’t anymore, it just felt like my hair wasn’t “done” and i already felt dumb for spending so much money and not getting anywhere close to what i asked for. Saw a new stylist at a different salon and she got me the desired color in one appointment and she gave me actual blonde highlight's, not balayage. Safe to say I feel scammed by salon exclusive. I asked the owner for a refund and she argued with me on the phone for 30 minutes and we still have no resolution. I wish you good luck if you go here. I will be telling everyone I know to run from this place!!

I just paid $200 on the 2/13 for a perm! Now it's 2/18, I just washed my hair and guess what?! My hair is straight as a board with a couple of curls at the back of my neck! I'm furious going to make a visit to get my money back! I'm in tears!!!

I walked into this salon and got a color done by Mariah, and she did an amazing job. This salon is super clean, very nice and very professional. Will be back!!

*Update: June 2023*: still going to Makynzie, she’s now my go-to hair stylist. I’ve been a total of 2 times (first visit: March 2023). I’m still happy with the results and how my hair has responded. **original review** Heard about this salon from a friend!Booked a first time curly haircut with Makynzie and can say I had a trauma-free experience! Makynzie was very chill, listened to my hair goals & concerns, and spent time explaining various products and terms. She gave me exactly what I was looking for - shape, movement, and *no length* taken off :’) She is truly a magician and I feel like Shakira. I’ll be coming back from Tulsa just to see her for future trims

Got exactly the cut I asked for, a rezo curly hair cut. This is the only salon I've been to in Oklahoma that can ACTUALLY cut curly hair. Hollie was great, answered all my questions about products and styling. The booking and check in process was seamless, and the interior design is cool.

How funny....I definitely should be in your database. Holly with the short, bright pink hair, and the leather holster for her scissors, cut my hair (and my sister's) when I would come. She did Rizo cuts and the lil dry touch up cuts for me. I didn't have a problem with the haircut. I had a problem with the customer service for such a pricey place. You would think it would be a little classier and the staff would be more attentive for the price. At the least, clients should be approached upon entering. Last time I came, my sister and I sat there 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Hence the 2 stars and the move to Salon W.

I booked an appointment for my 4yr old daughter and I. We got Jordan and Essence, they were both so friendly and welcoming. Jordan worked on my 4yr old and did a fantastic job on making sure she was comfortable and happy. Essence worked on me and did an amazing job! Couldn't have picked a better salon for my 4yr Olds first official haircut! Definitely will be returning for any salon needs!

I went here back in august for a deva haircut, I was nervous at first because I never had one before but Hollie did not disappoint! I receive so much compliments on my hair now I am so pleased with the results! I will come back again because of how knowledgeable, kind, and caring she was!
