Please DO NOT REVIEW (or be bamboozled by these fake ahh “THE BEST” reviews -notice how they all come in the same time frame - to cover this real review up! & I’ll keep editing because when I said permanent - that’s what I meant I HAVE BEFORE PHOTOS IF NEEDED !!) ——JUST BECAUSE YOU WERE ASKED TO DO SO!!! This woman damaged my hair permanently!!! Fried it to death ! Left me under the dryer for close to two hours. I went in for a regular old silk press and a trim . I ended up losing over 3 inches of hair after her “trim” which she cut in my hair and the ends of my hair more than a trim should have been. If you have a head full of hair — RUN AWAY ! She may know how to do short styles/ buzz cuts. But this woman doesn’t know how to care for hair and she’s “licensed” My hair is dead . I called her crying about the damage telling her my hair was falling out , and all she did was ask me to come in - to tell me I’m lying and she can’t see the damage. 😂this was Mother’s Day (‘23) last year. ✌️ do not spend your money . And no she didn’t even offer a refund . 😂 Thanks VEE . (Inserts photo , because I had 4c hair before I went in and now it looks permed 🤷🏽‍♀️ and she couldn’t “see the damage “ )

I WISH I could say I had any type of experience here, but I never got that far. Every time I tried to call this salon, the receptionist hung up in my face before I could even say “hello”. The longest call was four seconds before she hung up on me. I thought that it was an issue with my phone, so I’ve called from other people’s phones only to have the same issue. With no website established and no way to contact over phone, the salon seems very unapproachable. Which is a shame because from the photos, their work looks very good. I can only wonder what kind of experience I would have there if I did become a customer after being brushed off like I was.

My hair was colored without an ounce of bleach to perfection, the color was epic, and Ms. Vee's technique with my flat-iron is incomparable to any other hair stylist! Loved my color & hairstyle!! She's DEFINITELY the BEST!

I highly recommend coming to this salon, Vee is not only a beautician she is a master at what she does! highly talented. I love my results and how she cares for my hair. She is worth every penny and the wait is always worth it!!! I look forward to my silk press and our conversations. If you're looking for a salon to go to, I definitely recommend Salon Exsalonce, as you will be having an EXSALONCE EXPERIENCE!!!

I went in today expecting to get a quick cut and the same poor haircut services that I gave gotten used to here in Sacramento. Something as simple as knowing that my hair needs to be cut straight instead of curly state made a world of difference. Ms.V listened to my concerns and what I wanted and did a wonderful job. I called her this morning and she fit me in this morning which was a blessing because I had a job interview this afternoon. I have found a new hair stylist! I will definitely be going back to Ms. V from now on. I could never figure out how to keep my natural curls looking good throughout the day but here I am hours later and it looks I just left the salon.

I had a wonderful experience.The atmosphere was calming,the hairdresser was very professional and knowledgeable about my hair type and texture. I really felt like a million bucks when finished with my style. I received so many compliments of people literally stopping me to ask where I got my hair done,which I gladly gave them the name of Salon Exsolonce and explained the hairdresser is fast and efficient. The experience is worth every bit and more,you won't be disappointed.

Ms V was my saving grace! I had to cut my locs off when they started to fall out. I wasn’t happy about it but had to do what needed to be done. Called Ms V and was able to get an appt for the next day. I sent her a pic of what I wanted and she cut it perfectly! She was very honest with me about what she was able to do and I really appreciated that so I wasn’t expecting to look exactly like the pic I presented. But I’ll be damned if she didn’t do an even better job than she promised! She took her her time and was efficient and I was so happy with results I can’t say enough. I highly recommend her if you need to get your hair to a healthy state. UPDATE: booked an appointment for my mom with Ms Vee today (2 years since my original review) and once again she worked her magic! I explained that my mom has speech and memory issues so she may say she wants one thing but she’s really talking about another. She kept saying she wanted a texterizer but I don’t know what that is and I trusted that Ms Vee would decide if that was the right to do to her hair. From the info my mom relayed to me and the pic I gave Ms Vee, she had my mama styling and I could tell she was very happy! She even had a little extra pep in her step when we left! lol I will definitely be bringing her back. I know she is in good hands at Salon Exsalonce!

She did my finger waves that’s me with the blue hair! And everybody love them And they lasted a long time two weeks but honestly they could’ve lasted two more weeks. I just needed to wash my hair lol.

Ms Vee is a gifted hairstylist. She is professional, patient, kind, and understanding. Her prices are affordable and she has a calm relaxed environment. Her hands have healing touch that made feel relaxed and renewed. I had a wonderful experience and will become a regular now. Ms Vee I very professional, provides a nice environment and doesn't have in the salon all day because she doesn't over book like some salons. She keeps my hair healthy and gorgeous. I get compliments all the time on how pretty, and how much body and shine my has.

PLEASE DONT.Another “hair salon” that requires you to do your hair before you get your hair done. The owner had a long list of things she didn’t do. Like basic twist and detangling but they are ready and happily willing to throw a weave in your head. this is not for the original black girls these are for the one who want to cover up their natural or damage it with heat. It a huge no.

The atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. Vee is attentive and kind. She put me in the most relaxed space and took great care. I love the results of my hair and the aftercare advice she gave me was helpful. I will most definitely be back.

First time referred by someone that knew of her yea seen how she interacted what seemed to be her day ones or a regular she act like she was tired and worn out and a appointment was made . As the saying goes people be nice to they want be nice to hard to believe huh yea ok all i gathered was a hypocrite I wish it was a - star to give trust how you treat God will definitely correct I was very respectful her attitude was poor found somewhere else there whole atmosphere was very professional and shop was on point anyway who treated me very well

I've been going to Vee for over a year and I always leave feeling and looking good. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly, music playing in the background and some television entertainment. There is never any confusion about prices or services, because Vee is all about communication. The day before your appointment Vee send a confirmation text message and all you have to do is reply yes. I have a recurring appointment with Vee every other week and I don’t have any plans on canceling.

My hair looks and feels amazing!! I usually wear twists as a protective style and I wanted to see how long it had gotten I was pleasantly surprised at the growth but really pleased with Ms.Vee and her silk press. She did a Wonderful job❤❤❤

Incredible service! I came in 4 months ago with tangled 3C hair that hadn't been heat treated in 5 years. Though there was only one stylist in the building managing multiple customers that day, she balanced her services extremely well while being cordial and professional. I got my hair washed, dried, flat-ironed and trimmed, and she even added in a bit of styling at the end! I did not mind the wait time, as she continually gave amazing results under pressure to each customer and attended to their needs. I was satisfied with every step of the process and ended up with beautiful, lusciously silky hair! I will definitely consider this business for future hair care!
