The hair appointment was for my daughter. We showed up 5 minutes early. There was no one working reception so it took awhile for someone to acknowledge us. She said she was almost done and would be with us soon. After 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. I'd rather my money go to a business who treats their customers better. Would have gone a long way to just check on us during those 30 minutes so we didn't feel completed ignored. And then the audacity to send me a cancellation text after I left. 🙄

I can't say enough about this place. I get my nails done here. I am never disappointed. Amy Vanden Langenberg is absolutely the best. She is such a wonderful and talented person. I bring in a few ideas and she creates masterpieces for me. My Halloween nails this year.

I have been trusting Laila with my hair for years! I always walk away with the most beautiful balayage; she's my go-to! She is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and personable with her clients. Well worth my drive from anywhere because I don't trust my hair with anyone else!

I have had such a wonderful experience at Salon Forte with Laila! I actually followed her from her old salon to this one because I trust her with my hair. She is always kind, on time, and gives me exactly what I want. I also feel like my hair has never been healthier after coming to her. Thank you Laila for being amazing!

I've seen Laila at Salon Forte numerous times over the past 3 years for balayage, with beautiful results every time. She skillfully brightens up my hair for the summer and has toned it down artfully for the winter months. She recently added some copper tone as well and I just love it. Laila does gorgeous work!! She is so conscientious and follows up to make sure I'm happy with the results. I've been to salons all over the country and, hands down, this is my favorite place--beautiful and friendly salon, great products, and talented Laila. I drive over an hour to see her and it is worth it every time. I highly recommend her!!!

Laila does my cut, color and eyebrows. She always does a fantastic job. Appointments are easy to schedule with text reminders. I highly recommend Salon Forte and Laila!

Alejandra did an amazing job fixing my daughter's hair after my ex butchered it. Her appointment was easy to schedule at the last minute, and she was awesome with my 8 year old daughter.
