Elizabeth Pickett gave me an excellent shampoo and haircut, she’s very experienced and professional, the salon is friendly and well designed, I had a good experience there.

Elizabeth was very rude. She put her hands through my hair and said eeewww. What are you using on your hair? She was trying to sell me something and very pushy. I had much better haircuts elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Elizabeth has been fired from many prior jobs. After reading all the reviews, I think I got the worst person in there. I have nothing against the business and the other people that are getting raving reviews.

Omg…the best experience I’ve ever had in Florida! I absolutely loved TJ as he spoke my hair language completely! He’s amazing and I highly recommend especially if you have blonde and/or curly hair! I found my forever hair person!

I was a walk in when we were staying nearby, and was SO impressed. Salon was very well run, friendly and reasonably priced, especially considering it was in the City Centre. I was lucky enough to find Jim free, and he did a superb job. I have unruly frizzy, curly hair and he performed a WONDERFUL blow out, which kept in for a few days. I will return when next in the area! Thank you.

A class apart, this salon will not let you down! The owners are sure to always have the most talented stylists, colorists, etc… Most recently my boyfriend came to Zeus at Salon 41 for the first time after trying many well known local salons , yet none had been able to achieve the color result that he was looking for. On the first appt, Zeus asked him a few questions as to what he wanted and then went to work, Zeus managed to absolutely floor my guy with the results as he finally had the exact look/color that he had been wanting for so long! Very impressive especially if you knew my guy lol. The other stylists that I know of here are fantastic as well and the owners are impeccably organized, professional, on point with all of the latest trends, etc. Salon 41 is definitely one of Sarasota’s Staples!

I loved my experience there! It was fair priced and John cut my hair and colored it and it turned out great! I have so much hair it takes forever but, he was great with it! They were very clean and taking extra measures during these times.

Love, love this salon. I have been going there for 8 years plus. Owners, Jim and Neil are fantastic and do so much for the downtown Sarasota community. Very friendly staff and their Christmas decorations look like something from a magazine. Their Salon is very modern and updated with all the amenities. It is a pleasure to go to this salon as they make you feel like family.

Walked by the shop and made a sporadic decision to cut my hair and poked my head in to see if they did walk ins. John Lamoureux walked out and welcomed me inside with an upbeat attitude even during this pandemic. John was very helpful and vocal in communicating exactly what I was trying perceive for a haircut as I have very curly hair. He took his time with every detail and showed his mastery of hair cutting skills. He was so nice and patient in cutting my hair, as there was a lot of it. After my haircut he instantly asked if I liked it or I wanted to make any changes and seemed more than willing to do so if I would’ve wanted to. I love my haircut John, you rock! -Chase with the pretty hair

The salon was recently remodeled and looks fantastic! TJ is THE go to hair guy! He's done my cuts for several years now, And I've always been happy with his work and personality. I've also seen his hair extension work, and it is fantastic! He's very skilled at what he does.
