I have been getting my nails done by Dani here for 6+ years. Always a professional and delightful experience and nails beautifully manicured (hence, the loyalty!) A very pleasant atmosphere!

Awesome salon! I was fortunate enough to meet the wonderful Linda!!!! I’ve been seeing her at this salon for many many years. She has ALWAYS done my hair to perfection. Station is always pristine, her personality is always pleasant. Just a wonderful person doing consistently great work. Thank you!!!

I have been going to Salon Glow for over 10 years. Kathy Dent and all of the girls have become like family to me. They are extremely professional and at the same time treat each client like an old friend. Mary Wardle is the esthetician, and I would not dream of ever letting anyone else work on my face. I love going into the Salon, and look forward to every appointment. Very friendly comfortable atmosphere.

In LOVE with my new hair.. I was a little nervous because this was my first time having my hair dyed & it turned out so pretty!! It took awhile but it was definitely worth every second!! Thanks to Rochelle and her time and kind service🫶

go somewhere else, the lack of professionalism is astounding. Almost every time I’d go to my appointments the techs would be gossiping or talking negatively about other clients or co workers in front of me. Finally when I had a disagreement with my tech and she blocked my number over it I knew this is not the kind of salon I could in good conscience recommend to anyone. Integrity matters and you vote with your dollars and I’m sure there are many other salons who do just as good a job with better morals.

I’m sorely disappointed. I spent six hours at $50 an hour to end up with orange roots and spotty pink “balayage”, after a consultation and sending in images and being told it would take four hours at most. I was also told the pink would fade to a pastel, and it’s now all about gone- and I’ve washed it properly. Then I was told it would take an hour and a half to correct the orange roots, and after two and a half hours she still wasn’t any where near being done. I left in tears. She hasn’t even followed up. I feel I was swindled. I spent time and money I didn’t have to waste. I still have orange roots, and an immense amount of regret.

My daughter and I go religiously every six weeks to see Heather. The salon is very relaxed and everyone there is approachable and friendly. Heather goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our style and we never feel rushed. If you are looking for a relaxing and classy atmosphere without the snobbery that typically goes with it, I would highly suggest coming here.

Clean, roomy, yet intimate salon setting. Each beauty professional I’ve encountered across their array of services has been exceptionally welcoming and I would highly recommend to anyone new in town or even life long residents looking to find a new specialist.

An appointment with Jamie was very pleasant. My haircut was the best I've had in Reno in the 15 years I've lived here. The salon is large and open with 7 or more stylist working 7 days a week. It is very clean, they offer full salon/spa services. Good prices! If you are looking for a new hair salon, this is the place!

I had an appointment today at salon glow I was so nervous because the previous salon I used to go to were bad and I thought that this one was going to be bad too but when Jamie finished my hair my hair was amazing the blue ombré color are so beautiful I'm so in love with my hat I can't wait to go to retouch it

This is the third salon I've been to in Reno because I haven't been happy with the previous ones. It was my first time in to Salon Glow and Amalia cut my hair. All the staff were very friendly over the phone and in person. Amalia did such a great job! I love my haircut! I am definitely going back for more.

Today I called Salon Glow in hopes that they could fit me in for a haircut. The co-owner Kathy answered the phone and was super sweet and went around to ask if anyone could fit me in. She let me know that Chrisella could fit me in and to just come on down. Besides the difficulty in finding the salon, everything was perfect. Chrisella was so sweet and personable. I hadn't had a haircut in a while, so it was really long. She didn't want to cut it too short, so she kept asking for my feedback and cutting a little more. I swear she cut my hair about three times by the time we were done. I could tell that she really just wanted me to be satisfied with my haircut, and I am. This was the best 1st experience I've ever had at a salon and highly recommend Salon Glow and Chrisella Norman. :)
