The worst service!!! My long thick beautiful har was burned off, my scalp is burned. I asked for help but was turned away. Helena said "oh honey it will grow back" Oh Pease do not go to Salon Helena Plus she tried to put a restraining order on me to stop the TRUTH in the reviews. FREE SPEECH BABY:)

I’m very unhappy with my experience here. I Came into this salon with 3c hair expecting to get a haircut of about one inch off and to get my hair slightly layered, still one inch off in total. I ended up leaving with almost four inches off and a very uneven cut. The stylist did not want to wet my hair to cut it, which is fine, but she proceeded to brush it out so that it was really frizzy, and then when she cut it I guess she did not realize my hair would shrink up. Definitely do not recommend for anyone with textured hair.

I’ve been to this salon in the past for multiple Brazilian blowouts spending over 1,000 total. They were always good. Helena is nice when she’s doing your hair, but didn’t even seem to remember me when I came back months later for coloring. Mearah did my hair. I asked her to fit me in before 2 July. I wanted an all over hair color of light brown. However she convinced me to get balayage because she thought it would damage my hair less. Apparently this was her version of balayage choppy, cheap looking highlights that were orange and uneven with a clear cut off at the root. I went back in and they told me that they could break it up with some low lights which would’ve made my hair even darker. I went in for a lighter color. So I declined the offer due to the fact that I didn’t trust her to fix my hair. I called back the next day. This was after multiple times of calling. They constantly ignored my calls on purpose because they did not want to deal with what they had done to my hair. Every time I’m in the salon I hear them answering the phone constantly. But when I would call it would constantly be put to voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone and she told me that the manager would be calling me at 4 PM that day and I never got a call. After multiple times of trying to reach out and get a refund. I decided to make a dispute tI get my money back. Do not go here for hair color…

This is the worst hair color experience I’ve ever had. Asked for highlights and toner to take my hair from brassy back to a more natural look. The highlights came out so chunky, their placement is unflattering and they are different colors at the root/top than the rest of the hair. I was never asked where I part my hair or how I style it and now I’m embarrassed to even wear it down. I have harsh, chunky highlights right where I naturally part my hair and one big highlight on the back of my head. This service was $200 and I’ve never been more disappointed. The blowout was also incredibly unprofessional, I left looking like my hair was air dried on a humid day. Please do not get your hair colored here.

Had a small blunder-on my hair by one of the stylist BUT Helena made good on it and BY FIXING IT AND MY HAIR TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL. Helena is a true professional and really knows hair. I highly recommend her.

It was horrible, my hair cutter had no idea what she was doing. I scheduled a dye and she told me she just doesn’t have time even though it was scheduled. The hair was uneven and choppy and then she curled it and somehow made it look worse. Please don’t go here for big hair cuts.

My gf went in for balayage and they made it so uneven, and fried it pretty good too. I would not recommend it… my gf has to now go pay somewhere else to fix it, cuz they won’t help …

I just found my new favorite salon and stylist!!! Today was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! Every little thing about this salon made me feel pampered and special. I was offered something to drink (I chose coffee--yum!). Mearah listened when I described what I wanted and she made it a reality! My hair was washed (included a scalp massage), cut, blow dried, and then styled. The price was very reasonable. And my coffee was refilled for me to take with me when I left.

I'm very picky about how my hair is cut, so don't typically like how my hair turns out at many salons, but they get it right every time! They don't rush through, but make sure everything is to my liking little by little.

Amazing place got the opportunity to meet the owner and get my haircut by her, very honest lady! on what she couldn't do with my hair. But we got it done, and I was very happy with It!. Such a positive atmosphere! They truly got everything you need. I highly recommend this place! Also have Caveman coffee and amazing water.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My experience here was terrible, it’s been over a year and I still cringe when I think about it so I feel compelled to leave my experience. It was two weeks before my wedding when I came in to do a makeup and hair trial and OMG I was so disappointed. My stylist honestly didn’t try to capture any of the ideas I was going for for my hair or makeup. She slapped makeup on my face with no effort, it didn’t match my skin tone, the colors she picked were wrong wrong wrong! And don’t get me started with my hair! I asked for an updo and she basically put my hair in a sloppy bun and called it good. I was pretty upset and still had to pay for this terrible service. I don’t know if it was just an off day for my stylist but my experience here was not good and for that reason, I will never return.

My stylist was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable in an environment that I struggle to feel comfortable in general and she asked me a number of questions to help her understand what I was interested in and the amount of time I would have to care for my style. I walked out feeling amazing.
