This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. I didn't trust the stylist to accomplish what I wanted so I just asked to trim off the split ends. The water was scalding hot when she was washing my hair and she somehow found someone else's earring while washing my hair and asked if it was mine! It was not, and that is gross. Got shampoo and conditioner in my ears and just left it. Made about three uneven cuts with the scissors and then fried my hair with the hair dryer. I literally saw steam coming off it in the mirror and she burned my scalp with it too! I really wanted to just tell her to forget it but I'm not a confrontational person. Tools, brushes, combs, clips etc. haphazardly thrown in a drawer and I have no idea if they had been properly disinfected or not, she also couldn't seem to be able to find anything she was looking for without opening every drawer and I saw hair trimmings in the drawer. I will never go back here. Avoid. It is not a clean or professional establishment.

I have had 3 appointments by Michelle, first appt was good I liked the way she cuts hair, she also did a color on me which was ok, I went back for the second appt, she said she wanted to try another color that might work better....the color did not take to my hair at all, I told her the color did not take which she agreed it didn't, she charged me $80.00 and told me my next visit would be of no charge, I texted her 3 weeks later(after the holidays) for appointment, took 2 days for her to respond back, scheduled a appt for Sunday 1/11/25 at noon, at 9:45 she canceled on me. I do not recommend Michelle at all!!

I have been going to Gloria Leal for a very long time. She always does a great job and I always get compliments. If I ask for something different she gives me information about what can safely be done and alternatives. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fantastic outcome.

I’ve been going to Salon Indigo for years and Gloria has never failed to impress me!!! My hair always looks amazing and I get compliments every time I leave the house! She’s professional and a good person! I don’t know what I would do without her!!!

I am new to the area and thankfully found Michele! She has now done my hair two times. I’ve been extremely happy both times. She does an amazing job on my highlights and on the cut. She is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all things hair. I would highly recommend trying her out!!

I had a perfect experience with Michele. I asked for shoulder-length hair with layers, all I had to tell her was Rachel from Friend's and she was good to go. She was so friendly and such a good listener, somewhere in between the shampoo bowl and the chair I told her my life story. She even let me know about a deep conditioning special they had going so I got that as well. I'm always nervous to go somewhere new but I left feeling confident and happy. She gave me a great cut and had the customer service to match. I'm only coming to see her from now on!

Salon Indigo has been my Hair Safe Haven for the last 2 years now.. I actually found this salon while googling “Best Reviewed Salons Near Me” & after reading the reviews I was very excited! My Mom is a hair Stylist so I grew up in a salon & it has made me very educated & I definitely know what I do & do not like when it comes to Service , Cut & Color.. I am very Loyal to my Stylist Michele & she is Very Good to me.. I had been neglecting my hair care for a year prior & badly needed a fresh color & cut. I came in for a consultation where we discussed my hair history. What products I used , what colors were layered over color, what hot tools I used on a regular bases & what color tones my hair tends to pick up.. after this I showed her my ( Dream Hair) & she thoughtfully curated the hair care process it would take to get my hair to where I wanted. Since I started being her client in April 2022 My hair has grown about 5 inches! She is extremely attentive & most considerate about how much length she cuts & will never take off more then I am comfortable with often going at the extreme angles to give me the healthiest trim while keeping all my length. When I come in for color she will look through my roots my mids & my ends to see if their is any (banding, blotching or damage caused by me because sometimes I get the “color itch” lol n do experiments at home lol.. after this we discuss if a color correction is needed or if it can be easily blended. I am Blonde with natural Gold tones & really love a bit of Rose Gold / Sandy Beige In my hair. I recently went in for a High Light with about 3 inched of Roots… She did a Full Head Of Light Lights of me & if I tell her I was want just a little more brightness to frame around my face she hears me & is more then happy to add ether a thicker high light or a few more foils to help me get the desired effect. Michele is such a kind wonderful person I am so loyal to her I drive 35/40 min all the way from North Las Vegas to ( Salon Indigo ) to see my Girl & get all the hair Love I Need. Michele is not just my Hair Stylist but she has become a very dear friend to me & I know I can Rely on her To give me Quality Hair Color & Cuts to help me feel like I am growing into The Best Version of MySelf. This was the first hair salon I have been to here in LV. Great atmosphere, clean and friendly decor. The staff are warm and inviting. I was referred to Michele, and she is by far the best person who has done my hair. She took her time to make sure everything was right and to my liking. I am happy to say she will be the only one who will be doing my. Thank you Michele!

I have been searching for a hairdresser since I moved from California. My first experience was horrible. I made an appointment with Gloria at Indigo for a color and a trim. She listened to everything I had to say and knew exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly and accommodating and I absolutely love what she did with my hair. I had a color a trim and a styling. I walked out of there feeling so happy and looking a lot younger than when I went in. I would recommend Gloria to anyone.

We visited to get my wife's first haircut in over 2 years she was terrified of someone messing up on her hair, Gloria is the one who worked on her and I highly recommend her she did such a great job and made my wife feel great every step of the way she is now our go to girl throughout our experience in vegas with our new child to come.

I called around 8am, on Friday morning and a lady named Gloria answered the phone and I asked if any stylist would be able to get my husband and son in for a haircut anytime today would work is what I told her. She informed me that she would be able to get both of them and at 9:45 a.m. I requested that appointment. My husband and son arrived early to the appointment at 9:40 and we're told to wait outside. Well understandable with covid guidelines, they proceeded to wait for an additional 20 minutes. Then they both came home with bob's haircuts and behind my husband's ear was completely bald like she missed the spot and tried to cover up her mistake. I feel I'm a very reasonable person and when I called to speak to her about the haircuts and the wait time she proceeded to argue with me told me she did a good job and that she would not give me my money back, she only said they would be able to come in and fix the situation well there's no hair left to fix. She then was very rude and continued to banter with me while I asked to speak to her owner or a manager and she refused and then hung up the phone very rudely. I would not recommend this establish. 🚫

I love my hair and I am very picky about who touches my hair and I stick with one hair dresser. Then I moved here to Vegas. I've been coming here for 2 years and no one else but Gloria is allowed to touch my hair now. She always does a great job on my hair. Always delivers what I ask for and enjoys styling my hair. You can't rush a masterpiece. And I know I can trust her with my long locks.

I had purchased a groupon for cut and highlights with Gloria, she did a fantastic job. My hair looks and feels great and she did an amazing haircut for me as well. I have very fine hair but that was not a problem for Gloria getting my haircut perfect. This was my first time at salon indigo and meeting Gloria, I will be back. :)

Very nice people. I have long thick hair. It is now colored blond perfectly. It is layered beautifully and I am very happy with my experience there.
