I have used saloons in Manhattan for 55years and have NEVER had such an experience. Tyler gave me a haircut that is horrific. A few people at my work locations asked me what happened to my hair. All my curls were cut off and no body was left when he was done.

This place saved me. I was having a hair crisis - Harumi patiently listened to me and helped me so much! I have long hair and try to keep it healthy- she absolutely nailed it. I'm so grateful to have found this salon !

They can only do basic haircuts and seem to want to dothe least work possible. Never again. Didn’t even wash or blowout- 1st time they did, but even then I had to ask. Fool me twice.

I had an appointment with Harumi and was very pleased. I style my hair in a mullet, and this was the most reasonably priced place I could find in the area. Everyone was very kind and treated me very well and I will definitely go again

I had the absolute pleasure of having Tyler as my new hair stylist, and let me tell you, he exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the salon, Tyler's friendly and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. What impressed me the most was how attentively Tyler listened to my wants and needs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and then he worked his magic! Not only did he deliver exactly what I wanted, but he also added his own creative touch to make it truly unique and special.

This is a nice relaxing space in my neighborhood. It was my first visit and I had a short razor and scissor cut by Kumi. She’s a really nice person, did a great job, and really listened to what I wanted. Vanessa, who washed my hair, was very sweet, too. I’ll definitely be back.

A totally unpretentious place with a very competent staff. Harumi did a great job listening to what I wanted, resulting in a great haircut for me as well as a great deal of satisfaction. I’ll be back in a few weeks to get my hair cut and colored again. I highly recommend this salon!!

The best short hair cut I ever got. I came here last year to go from long hair to a Pixie and just returned last week to NYC for vacation and got my hair cut again by Tyler. There is even no comparison to my hair dresser back home and I would just come to NYC to get my hair cut here.

Tyler gave me a terrible hair cut which was much shorter than I had asked for and he seemed to be in a hurry and didn't pay any attention to what I had asked him to do. I wonder if half the reviews are fake.

Using texturizing scissors on fine, thin hair did not go well for me. Also hair was cut too short in back. Be sure to communicate exactly what you want.
