Salon Joy has always done great with my hair! They have great availability and are always considerate of time. I am in and out pretty quickly! All the stylists and associates are so nice. Great prices/promotions too!

Jade has been my hairstylist for the past two years and she is by far the best I’ve ever had. She somehow always knows what I want without me having a clue myself. Her easy going personality makes each visit comfortable and relaxing. I leave each appointment loving the result of her work. Jade will be my go to for my hair as long as I’m living in STL. 😊

Highly recommend and absolutely love Maddi. She is an extension queen. I always leave feeling empowered (the environment at the salon is positive and uplifting) and confident. Cut, highlights, and extensions. My 12 year old daughter also loves getting pampered by Maddi.

I always get what I want when I come to this salon. Jade is very great at working with my hair and has always given me the results that I look for. She’s realistic and careful to not damage my hair every time. Love coming here as the girls are all always so kind and seem like they are happy to be here! The price for any service has been very reasonable so far!

I see Mercedes and have been going to see here for the past 4 years. She is the absolute best and always makes sure I am pleased with my services and brings my vision to life! This is such an inviting and friendly salon! All of the girls are always so sweet. But I have to give my girl Lauren the biggest shout out because she is AMAZING at what she does! She is so knowledgeable and cares about the integrity of my hair which I haven’t had the luxury of with my previous stylists at other salons… Lauren rocks!!!

I've been coming to Salon Joy for a few years now after trying to find a salon with skilled stylists who excel at coloring hair for a reasonable price. I have been so happy with my experience with my stylist Jade and the salon itself. My hair always comes out looking exactly the way I envisioned it, and it's always such a nice time getting it done. I have been coming to salon joy for several years now! I got in touch with Ms. Maddi maybe 4 years ago, and she has been my girl ever since. I have been a bottle blonde since forever, but I tend to let my roots grow out horribly. Every time I come in I have no clue what I want I just know my color needs some serious help, and she always knows exactly what to do. The atmosphere at Salon Joy is amazing, very cozy, and no matter what I always walk out loving my fresh color and cut!

I have been going to Maddi for about a year and a half and I am never disappointed! She has done hand tied extensions on me and I loved them. Once I got those out, I would just come for a color and she always made my inspiration happen. She is a very smart hair stylist and will always give you great advice on your hair!

I recently got a beautiful balayage done at Pure Joy, by the very sweet & talented Alex! Alex went above & beyond to make sure I felt comfy throughout the entire visit, & frequently checked in to make sure our expectations were aligned regarding the final outcome. She’s truly a “pure joy”, and I highly recommend her to anyone in search of the perfect lived-in balayage. I’ll definitely be back! 🙂

This was literally the best haircut experience I've ever had. I accidentally got bangs a few months ago and Sam K helped me out so much by blending everything out and making the rest of my hair more alive and have more personality. She literally saved my hair from looking like a mistake! She was so friendly and confident in her work and how she explained what she was doing that it really made me feel taken care of. This place is also hijab friendly! There was another customer who wore a hijab who was getting her hair cut, and I learned that the staff had kindly asked their male employee to step to the back while this customer got her haircut and that was truly the most thoughtful thing I've ever experienced from any business. Sam also did a wonderful job of explaining my haircut to the other employees around which means there is some good consistency going around and no matter who you get a hair cut with, you're in good hands!! Also, the environment was clean and comfortable, service was fast and thorough and it was a bonus to see all the stylists be so open and have such positive and friendly attitudes. 100/10!!
