Thank you, Ashley Tranter. We have now found our Forever Stylist. 💜 My family and I were in search for a new hair salon and after researching we came across the J W Salon. We were a bit nervous having to book a new salon and stylist last minute for a wedding, BUT…..AMAZING. This salon is super cute. It’s not too fancy on the outside, but once you walk through the front door it’s clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and it just felt like home. Ashley was so accommodating. I made an appointment for three people. (myself, my daughter and sister) Ashley exceeded our expectations. Not only did she cut, color, & style our hair but did all 3 of us in under 4 hours. I was hesitant when she booked us all together, but she came through and exceeded our expectations! (Booking us together was so convenient since we all rode together:) Our appointment started at 10am and we were out of there by 2pm. Ashley was amazing & super funny. If you are looking for a new stylist definitely contact her. We only had our long hair trimmed (so not sure of her cutting expertise, but I’m sure it’s fabulous.) I can definitely attest to her Color technique. It is on point! She colored my hair dark brown W/ purple highlights, my sister is older and has grey hair. Instead of bleaching her whole head (she used to be a blonde) she did a light white, grey, blondish triple highlight so when her hair grows out it doesn’t look colored but more natural:) My daughter got a beautiful chestnut brown. (I will add pictures of us from the wedding which was the next day:) Sorry for the long review but I just can’t thank Ashley enough for her beautiful work and professionalism!!! You are amazing. Thank You for giving the 3 of us a last minute appointment. You are now our forever stylist. Can’t wait to see you at our next appointment. 💜 AMAZING, FABULOUS, STYLISH & CHIC💜

My daughter and I went to Hannah B today both for hair color, highlights and trims. She did an amazing job on both of us we love love love how our hair turned out. Hannah was so nice, knowledgeable and quick we will definitely be returning!

I have had excellent service from Hannah for color/cut and from Callie for color, cut, weft and fusion extensions. The salon is friendly and clean, and everyone is very professional. Callie is very skilled at extensions and always learning the latest new techniques. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. You get Park Ave quality service without the inflated pricing. We love Salon JW!!!

Callie has brought my hair back to life 🥹 I’ve been working with her for over a year to fix what another salon had ruined. My hair has never looked better ! My hair is naturally curly and I get it straightened by her. The treatments she’s done for my curls have also been amazing !

Callie is amazing here, she has done my hair for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her with my hair. She is the sweetest person also and always does exactly what I want. I highly recommend her to anyone I know. She will get you looking and feeling amazing!

This is by far my favorite salon and hairstylist I have ever been too! Callie is amazing!!! I have been seeing her for hair extensions and color for years now! When I first came to her I had the bottom of my hair shaved, and very short on top….and even a small bald spot caused by my hair matting. I felt so insecure as I have always had long hair and it was just really hard for me to try to adjust and feel confident without long hair. Well, after I saw Callie I left the salon feeling beautiful for the first time in years! She was kind and supportive and understanding…. And beyond talented! She gave my scalp and hair a treatment and then colored and highlighted my hair to match perfectly with new hair extensions! Even though my hair was very short and not in the best shape I left with long beautiful hair and literally everyone thinks it is all my own natural hair! Now that I have been seeing her for a couple years my natural hair is growing out great, and very healthy even with still having extensions! I highly recommend her!! She is so fun and easy to talk to and gets back to you right away! As a bonus, the whole salon vibe and staff is a blast! You will leave feeling beautiful ( or handsome) and like you just made some new friends and had a great time! :)

Wanted to get my hair done last week before I fly to NYC last week and then someone from another place refer Callie Reeves to me. And I contacted her and she told me she works at Salon JW，I searched the name online and saw a 5.0star review，I was so happy that I finally found a professional salon. I showed the hair that I want with a short video，she said she can do it. But it was not the style I want，it cost me $113 and I tipped her $40，The next day my hair was straighten up，never have this situation before and I was on a vacation with ugly hair. I texted her with the pics of my hair，took forever to get a reply，she answer phone call and text messages all the time when she doing my hair，not during the wait time，she got a message and texted the message back during she doing my hair. But I still got a chance to fix it when I back to Orlando. I gave her second chance and she was complain about my hair was too bad to do，I was so confused why didn't she told me when my first visit. And she just keep telling me about because my hair was damaged，too hard to do. Before she fixed my hair she asked me the whole video of the hair style I want，i showed her，and she still didn't say anything like she couldn't do it，if she does I would just go another salon to fix it. And yes，she failed again. I didn't know why she thought I want curly hair，and if she wanted to make my hair look curly why she asked me for the video of the hair that I want. I am really mad at the result. I don't usually leave a review or something but she deserve it. The first pic is a screenshot of the hair I want. The second pic was the first time I visited her，it was not too bad I thought just let it grow so I tipped her $40.The third pic was the next day I woke up and most of them were straighten up. The fourth pic was June 27th I got fixed from her. I don't know how my hair is anything like what I want.

I had an appointment for the first time and was very angry and disappointed when I left. So much so, that I left a 1-star review. Several days later, Jennifer, the owner, contacted me and offered to fix it. I was very impressed with her and will definitely give them another chance!

Just went this afternoon as a walk in. Hanna was the stylist that took me in. She was really sweet from the first moment. Listened to what I was trying to achieve etc. I asked for her opinions and I went with what she. suggested. The end results are amazing, so much better that I could have imagined. I absolutely love the new me. Thank you Hannah!!!! You 've gained a new client 😍

Hannah B does AMAZING highlights! My daughter is very picky about her hair and was a little nervous going in for highlights. She could not be more excited about how it turned out. She showed Hannah a picture of what she wanted and "it looks even better than it did in the picture!" Highly recommend Hannah!

I have been neglecting my curly, frizz prone hair for a long time. It had been 3 years since my last trim! I have an important interview coming up and knew I needed to get my hair in presentable condition. I'd seen Sarina recommended multiple times, so I made an appointment. Sarina was friendly and took on the task of giving my hair a desperately needed makeover. We talked about preferences and she gave advice and suggestions. I was happy with the finished product; my hair looks so much healthier and my curls are lively again! She gave me tips on styling and managing at home which I have been working on! I will definitely return to her and prioritize keeping my hair the best it can be!
