My favorite place to go when my hair gets too long. Roy. And Sandy are the best people around. Roy does my hair, washes and cuts, conditions and sometimes he straightens it also. I always feel better after an appointment with Roy. He is funny and a great hair specialist when it comes to hi-lighting, cutting or trimming. He suggests which products to use for your hair type. I have been Roy’s customer for 30 years. Going into this salon you are treated like family, not customers.

Quite simply, Roy is a joy to be around. I am a new client and immediately felt like I had been coming to him for years. He took the time to listen to me about what I wanted and was honest from the beginning that it might take a few stages to get there (my long hair had a lot of gold, brassy tones due to bleach not lifting and no toners being used). My hair looks beautiful and he made sure I understood that if at any time in the next few weeks I felt like it was getting too brassy, come right back and he will fix it. The shop is laid back and friendly, clean and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable for the elite level of service he provided. His lovely wife was also there with their precious mini Aussie so as soon as I saw a salon dog, I knew I had found my people 😂 My only regret is that I haven’t been coming here until now!

I have had a wonderful experience at La Roy's hair salon and I felt very welcome. At first, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do with my hair, but Roy helped me decide and I couldn't have been any more happier with his suggestion. I would recommend this place to anyone because I felt comfortable. I didn't feel like I was in an intimidating hair salon where they push you to buy their products and I will definitely come back to pamper myself. Thank you, Roy!

I have to give a star to leave a review but I would give this place no stars. Scheduled an appointment and was told they could not do my hair by the gentlemen that works there very rudely, not aware that I am a licensed cosmetologist all because I have scarring Alopecia. Apparently this gentleman works in the “medical industry” as well. I know my diagnosis and also understand cosmetology. I gladly left after being disrespected and embarrassed by the way he handled it and made my appointment with a professional elsewhere! Looks like they only had perms and roller sets anyway. Probably the best thing that could of happened to save my hair from being butchered!

I started going here because a friend was cutting hair. I keep going there, of course for her, but the other people there are pleasant and fun to be around too. Oh! And they have this awesome shop dog that is always ready to be petted! Always ask for my friend, Randi. She's the greatest!
