The hairstylists are fine, however the space that some of these women have to work in is rediculous. There are 8 or so stylists working in a 9 x 3 foot area (or smaller) there is hardly enough room to get out of the chair without bumping into another client. The owners need to either expand the area or combine tow stations to make 1 and only have maybe 4 people in that area. Other than that, it's a lovely salon until you have to go to the back.

I called here customer service was very nice. I asked them if they were versed in texured hair. They replied yes we can do all types of hair. So I make my appointment the guy who I was fitted with didn't was my hair because he was scared and said he'd never done "black" girls hair. Ok so I huff through because he was trying but I hate the outcome and my bangs are terrible.

I have been going to Sue Bento for over 20 years she is a perfectionist. I have never left not liking what she does to my hair. The Salon is very friendly and clean. I would refer everyone to visit this place. Its fantastic

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this salon! Not only is it so cute inside and is always filled with amazing products you can purchase, but everyone that works here is sooo talented and sweet! I go to Nikki (@nikkilynndoeshair on insta) I’ve been going to her for years and have never once left unhappy. Every time I go blonde in her chair i’m left in AWE (I swear she has super powers) I get SO excited to go to Salon Lashae and even though I moved to california I still book flights just to come get my hair done because I’ll never go anywhere else!!

I highly recommend this family owned salon. I have naturally dark brown hair, wanted to go lighter and keep my hair’s integrity. I was referred to TAYLOR and I am so happy I found her. My hair looks amazing! Taylor was friendly, communicative, compassionate and created exactly what I wanted. The salon atmosphere was fresh, clean, boutique yet modern. The large bay windows brought in a wonderful natural lighting for stylists and clients. Great accessible parking and a landscaped sitting courtyard front the salon. Everyone was really nice - I felt very welcome. Looking forward to future appointments including lash extensions! Thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful today!

Dawn is exceptional, talented and very friendly. I brought my teenage daughter in for a haircut unknowing how tangled her hair was. Dawn was very kind, unbelievably gentle and spent 2 hours rehabbing her hair. What a gorgeous transformation! I can not speak more highly of Dawn! Thank you so much! We will be back!

I used to dye my hair by myself religiously, I ended up causing a lot of damage within my hair and cut it all off. Ever since then, I have grown out my natural hair. Since I was so scared to damage it again, I was terrified of adding heat to it by styling it or dyeing it. I really wanted to color my hair, but I was not willing to fry my hair again. My mom came across a post of Shelby's and I reached out. From the start Shelby was quick and responsive to any and every questions I had. I took my chance with her and I am not disappointed! When I expressed to her my concern about damaging my hair she reassured me that the color we would be adding would leave no damage and she totally kept her promise! Now, I am so happy and content with my new beautiful, healthy hair. Shelby gave me a quote via text and she stuck to it, which I really appreciated! Her prices are reasonable and extremely well done. Shelby is also super personable and gives the best recommendations in regards to products for after care too! Her work space is really clean and sanitary as well. She's super honest with clients, which is what I loved the most about her as a professional. Finally, Shelby is quick with her work but she is really detailed and takes her time to ensure that your hair has the best turn out. I would 100% recommend Shelby to anyone. I love Shelby so much and I can't wait to go back to her!

This salon is fantastic, and Ricardo is a true hair artist! He is an expert hair stylist and has endless hair knowledge. I came in for a cut and color and was amazed at his artistry in hair coloring and cutting techniques. Ricardo is the stylist you need in your life if you want fabulous hair! If you live in Vegas, or are just visiting like I was, don't hesitate to book an appointment with him. You will not be disappointed!
