I came here yesterday for a haircut and the girl Rhonda said she specializes in cutting curly hair. Not only did she butcher my hair, it was completely uneven and choppy. I cried for 3 hours and won’t offer any sort of refund, let alone any comfort. $200 wasted, now I’m left being devastated with half my hair longer than the other. 0/10

I’ve been a tenant renting a suite here at ULS since July 2022, and as a first time suite-user (long time independent stylist), I have to say it’s been such a pleasant experience! Everyone (staff and fellow tenants included) has been super kind, welcoming and supportive. And some of my chief concerns opting into suite-rental have been non-issues; there’s a full-time support staff to greet clients/offer beverages, an ample & comfortable waiting area and they even help with towels when they can. The owner, Lindsay, is a gem and truly cares about curating a supportive experience for her tenants!

This concept and community of different beauty and health services is inspired. The esthetic and professional staff are welcoming and helpful. The individual studios that create a chance for the artist to shine is the most amazing idea. I strongly believe that anyone who is looking for a stylist or to be pampered check into it! Six stars if it was possible!

After 10 years, I can 100% guarantee that Tiffany is one of the best I've met, both professionally and personally. To validate this review, we had zero form of connection (friend/friend-of-friend/etc...), prior to my 1st haircut with her. I would never post or review someone without 100% certainty. I highly recommend Tiffany and the team she works with to everyone and anyone. Pure talent, relationship driven and amazing value. Everything you could ask for.

I currently rent a space at Urban Luxury Salons. If you are a stylist searching for a suite home, this is your place!! I’ve been at this location for 9 months now. The support from the staff, the owners, and the other renters is absolutely amazing. I am doing far more better than I expected. Even though we are all independent this place still feels like a team environment. No more debating rent your suite now!

I currently rent a studio here at Urban Luxury Salons, and I LOVE IT!! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the front desk staff, the manager and the owner! My clients love it too, they were a little nervous when I told them I was moving my business to downtown on the 16th St. Mall, but the fact they get complimentary parking in a covered garage or can usually easily find a meter on Tremont I haven't had complaints. They love the beauty and the cleanliness of the salon. Urban Luxury has a long term stylist with me!!

I got my hair cut 3 weeks ago, and I'm coming back to leave this review because she deserves it. Sarah Hoerle is AWESOME, She is kind, fun and has such great energy, most importantly she is skilled!! If you are looking for a place to get your hair cut or colored I'd highly recommend this place/person. You'll leave with an extra pep in your step!

I had my hair done 2 times in between 3 weeks in Pennsylvania. She ruined my hair there. So glad came to Denver for business trip. I had blonde highlights but awful colour, lot’s of straight lines on the bottom, stripes everywhere. It was really so bad . I was going out with hat because didn’t feel good and right. But Gigi fixed my hair. He did amazing job. It looks so perfect now. So natural , so right colour with my skin and smooth natural passing from my natural hair colour to blondes. He is really professional 🙏🏻 So happy to go Urban Luxury Saloon and meet with Gigi.

I saw Caitlin Price for highlights, a cut and brow dye. She was FANTASTIC! I have never had such a great salon experience. She truly listened to what I wanted and expertly guided me to a brand new look that I'm thrilled with. And she is a warm, caring person--I felt I made a new friend. Highly recommend!

Such a great vibe here! I love that you can find so many awesome services in one space. Salon suites can often be hectic or poorly managed, but Urban Luxury Salons is so well organized and the front desk staff are all kind and helpful. Highly recommend services at this location!

This is such a cool concept for a salon. I found both my new hair stylist and lash tech here which very convenient! I see Caitlin (Caitlin Price) for my Hair and Caitlin (lashedbykai) for my lashes. One of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in my life and the best lashes that are exactly what I was used in Chicago! Definitely check them both out. The salon does validate garage parking but I’ve parked on the street easily too. Two pictures to show my bouncy fun hair and my perfect lashes!
