Jen did an incredible job on my perm (as usual)! She is very professional & friendly and I enjoy coming into her loft. She has been doing my hair for 7+ years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

DONT GO TO JAMI’S BEAUTY BAR Yes, Jami is a lovely person, but I got in contact with her to do my hair and she said she was capable. She rescheduled my appointment 4 times because she wasn’t able to get the color I wanted for my hair, I was looking to get a strawberry blonde look. She says it was discontinued but was able to get the color, then used it on my head and it didn’t work out to her plan because my hair didn’t change at all. I believe she panicked and put a deeper ginger color on the bottom half of my head and put whatever she could find to make it look better. I left the salon happy because it looked good, but once I got home I was inspecting my head and just was upset. So in the past 4 days I have bleached my hair twice to look better, which it definitely looks better but super damaged now obviously. I don’t really suggest her highlights either they can look very chunky. I just figured maybe being in the same spot for 8 years, you would’ve only gotten better. Came to her with the situation and she didn’t offer help, just said “appreciate the feedback.” Im just glad it’s over and wish I wouldn’t have tipped as much as I did.

Erin Studebaker is by far the best stylist ever. Attentive and will work with schedules and just super nice. She books up fast so get in there quick! Prices are super reasonable for a men's cut.

I go to Jessie Kong. She has been my stylist for several years now. I absolutely love her! She does my daughter's hair and has done other family members as well. She's also a family friend. She will be doing my daughter's makeup and hair for her upcoming wedding. I can't wait!

I had just left another facility nearby having witnessed a merchant refuse services to a disabled client which was unsettling. I opted to leave along with that customer and by spur of the moment walked in nearby at Salon Lofts located in the Anderson Town Center. This was my first visit. The place was very busy and a stylist near the entrance said I could walk around and see if anyone could take me as a walk-in for a quick trim. I saw a couple stylists were busy with other clients before I came upon Jami's station. She was cleaning her station and had no clients. I explained my situation wanting just a quick trim and she was gracious and offered to do so before her next appt at 5:30. She quickly was able to shampoo, blow-dry and trim my hair. I was very pleased with her graciousness and technique. I plan to use here in the future. Again, Thank you Jami.

I have been a client of Amanda Buckman's since I was 18 when she worked at Identity. I followed her during her transition to Salon Lofts. I have had shags, bangs, lobs, bobs, purple, blue, Bleachella vibes, red, my transition to my natural color, and now cutting my daughter hair. Needless to say, she is more than my hairdresser now. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Jamie Davis is one of the worst hairdressers I have ever been to. She destroyed my hair by chopping my bangs so short there is literally nothing I can do but pin what’s left back. There is only about an inch left. I have never had anyone in my 52 years do this. I am devastated. Do not go to her. The highlights were also a failure. First time I have ever been there and I will never ever return! Absolutely horrible!!

I have debated whether to post a review since there are no negatives ones but my haircut is not what I expected or asked for. I saw Sherry Strothers in December 2021. I went in with an inverted bob, stacked in the back that had some places on the sides that were uneven and not the same on both sides-the left side had longer layers than the right. This was from a previous haircut elsewhere. I stressed that even though my hair is parted on the side I like both sides to be symmetrical to each other. I also mentioned the angles of the bob were originally cut a little too short and not very prominent and that I probably needed to let them grow out more before they get cut again. I just needed the layers on both sides to be cut the same. When she finished and I saw my hair I was extremely disappointed. The angles were gone, I no longer had an inverted bob and she had no idea how to style curly hair-to be honest most people don't. Once I got home and washed and styled my hair I realized that the 2 sides were cut differently. Now the layers on my right side are longer than the left. I have no other choice but to let this grow out and start over.

Love this salon! Especially, my hairdresser, Amanda! She is the best I have found, ever! And, I'm not a spring chicken! Ha ha ~ She just knows hair, and is a sweetheart of a person! Very talented...She also, is so efficient on time. The salon is also very clean, and modern.

My husband and I have both seen Lindsey Grassman at this location for a few years now. I have gone from an inverse bob to long layers, and she has highlighted (balayage) my hair as well as touched it up between. My husband has thick curly hair and has had every length from short to shoulder length and she's done a great job with it all. Highly recommend.
