The lofts were clean. It wasn't noisy and the location is great but the lofts are a little small for me.

@LACEBYSTEPHANIE7__ 2ND FLOOR DOOR 5 One hour before my appointment, I received a message from STEPHANIE stating she didn’t have my 28” inch deepwave frontal wig in stock. I booked my appointment about 1-2 weeks prior. She was supposed to provide and install the hair. She told me she had a 28” inch deepwave closure wig and although i needed the frontal wig for the style I wanted, I agreed to get the closure installed. She proceeded to tell me she “was about to sell that wig” to somebody else. She called her best friend to ask if I can buy a deepwave wig off of her (ghettoooooo)…. The best friend agreed and then said she called back and said Nevermind. Stephanie put me in a chair and put 3 braids in my head. Stopped and proceeded to finish another girls hair. My appointment was at 3:55PM and I was preparing to leave on vacation the next morning! I left at 6PM with THREE BRAIDS IN MY HAIR! She finished the other girls hair right in front of me. Not only did Stephanie not have my wig, she didnt complete the install, and literally had a whole other girl in the chair at my appointment time. The most ghetto experience ever. I will never be back and this was the biggest let down.

NEVER go to Sugar for any type of waxing. There was a girl who was nice (she had a lot of piercing), and accommodating. The other girl wasn't. You want to support your people, but can't because you can't take the hood and move it to midtown and think it's improved.

Tuesday was my first time going and my first time getting a Brazilian wax it was a little painful but the girl that I had like a name was Bianca Brianna something I can't remember but she was really great she made me feel comfortable she made me feel relaxed all the women that I seen there that works there was pretty nice she helped me set up a membership so when I go every month I already had a great experience

Went to Hello Sugar and my esthetician is Breyunna! She is MY GIRL now!! I got a Brazilian for the first time and now I'm a regular for that and my underarms wax every month. She works so fast and is the most fun personality! Very comforting, respectful and friendly! She also helped me out by recommending other stylists at the lofts for other services like nails. She does her job so well and definitely knows her stuff!

Beautiful place great location fast and easy service. I booked a last minute appointment with Nick last night. Very customer service oriented and friendly. I wasn't impressed though. I communicated before I arrived with Nick asking the services provided. And what I would like. Hot towel shave facial scrub facial wax etc as services weren't listed. I was told that they were all included and was told that he would throw in a complimentary gold facial. Nick was good but he was over worked tried and pressed for time. Over booked himself. He started getting moody and started rushing through the cut. There was another customer waiting for about an hour or more and it was felt. When I said not to worry about the beard he got a little disrespectful and came a little snappy. I'd rather do it myself then have someone who is over worked and annoyed mess it up with no issues I didn't have any issues with it. The attitude was unnecessary. With that being said I was also charged the cut and beard price. Which I didn't mind until I sat back and thought about it. If you go I'd go more mid day and don't expect the best service. I won't be back.

Nicholas Jones is always on point!!! Have been using him for many years and his level of detail is off the chain. Once you get a cut but him, you won't go to anyone else. TRUST ME!!! Always looking crisp and fresh! Be sure to use StyleSeat to book an appointment because his slots fill up fast.

See Darius Boone in Suite 20. He is amazing at doing hair. Every time I come out of here my hair is slayed he's always able to get my hair close to the picture that I bring. Go and see him for all your sew-in quick weave closure and frontal needs can't even begin to talk about his custom wigs!!!

This is one of those places with multiple stylist. I wish there was a welcome desk. The place is always clean and it's easy to find. I like that there's an abundance of free parking.
