I do NOT recommend Madison Phipps 🚩🚩🚩I found her via Instagram as I was looking for a hair colorist in Atlanta, and I booked an appointment with her. She cancelled my appointment few times and the last one she just told me few hours before! She said that she had COVID but… surprise !! The next morning she just posted on her insta that she received 4 clients!! Super unprofessional 🤦🏻♀️
