Annamarie Andolina cut my mid-length (thin, fine) hair into a great asymmetrical short layered cut, exactly what I wanted, as good as any I ever got from Sassoon in NYC or LA. Plus, she is lively, positive and outgoing and a lot of fun to talk to. The Salon Lofts are very cute and a great idea for stylists who work for themselves. Really fun place to go and a great stylist. Thank you, Annamaria!

My hair was nearly destroyed by a stylist in Denver. It was supposed to be a level 7 and a trim. What I brought to Dulce was a black and copper splotchy mess with an uneven cut. She fixed it within 3 hours! Definitely schedule an appt with her if you need a corrective color or cut. She’s awesome and really knows her stuff.

I cannot say enough about my stylist, Shirley Threatt! Her meticulous care for my hair is 2nd to no other stylist I've had over the many years of me getting my hair done professionally. I thank God for her!

Worst experience for my daughter ever with Kat! Sat there for over 4 hours. Had to continually redo the color. My daughter is pregnant and was never asked if she needed to go to the bathroom. Kat was continuously distracted and can’t even tell that her hair was cut!’ Worst of all charged over double what it was supposed to be. We will never go back and encourage others not to either especially with Kat!!! Terrible hair place.

Do not I repeat DO NOT let Kat near your hair! I asked for a specific color that she didn't come close to, my hair is super short just below my ear. I wanted a dark cobalt blue (all my hair) and she did highlights of purple and teal... I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted and I ended up crying by the time it was over. Oh yeah, she also charged me $250... I now have salon PTSD I will never be back in another hair salon lol 🤦

I’m glad my esthetician moved into this location. She’s one of the best here in Charlotte! I’ve been seeing her for almost 2 years now for facial and waxing. She always takes her time, very knowledgeable, gives good facial massage. Plus she’s the only esthetician, in my experience if waxing, that didn’t irritate my skin after Brazilian wax service. MaSanta is a gem! She’s at Loft 15, Steele Creek Skin Care.

Lina was my stylist. Now she was a super sweet woman, I really liked her. She did a nice job on my hair. I got the hair style, cut, and deep conditioning package. She had some family events going on and she was trying to schedule my appointment in between them. I understand family things happen so I was fine with that. But I realized that she didn’t condition my hair for longer than normal, like it was just a few seconds. When I asked about it she said that my hair is fine which doesn’t hold moisture. I don’t believe that. I felt that she was in a rush because she had some family things to tend to, and she didn’t want to take the time to deep condition my hair for 5-10 minutes. She could’ve at least said that fine hair doesn’t necessarily hold conditioner as well but ask if I’d still like it before just deciding to not do the deep treatment. It wasn’t her call to make to just condition it super fast when I paid for that service. Like I said I get family stuff happens, but then she could’ve just told me to come the next day instead. I’d way rather come when she can give my hair the attention I’m paying for rather than when it’s going to be hurried. Overall, I did like how she styled it and the cut was cute, but I was disappointed by that experience therefore I don’t think I’ll come back to her.

My family and I have been clients of Heather Kilkka’s for over 25 years. She actually gave my daughter her very first haircut. We’ve followed her to various locations in Charlotte, but love going to her current location at Salon Lofts at Ballantyne. Heather is always accommodating and really listens to what I’m searching for in a haircut and color options. She stays up to date in trends and continues her education in being the best in what she does. My college girls are also loyal clients and schedule their appointments with her around their visits home. Heather recently gave me highlights and a Brazilian Blowout treatment for my trip to the Caribbean. I could not be happier with the results and have received so many compliments. My family says I’ve been “Heather-ized” when I come home after an appointment with her. Not only is she an amazing hair professional, but she’s also a very kind and caring person. Heather is the only person I want doing my hair, so I hope she sticks around for a long, long time!

DO NOT GO WITH LINA. first of all, I'm 26 and she gave me WHITE HIGHLIGHTS when I asked for light blonde. I look like cruella dE vil. SECOND AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I currently have two bank charges for her services. After paying her once, she claimed I didn't pay her and that she was calling the cops. Within an hour she got a LAWYER. I submitted a second payment, now I paid $180 for a service I need to get redone tomorrow. Vile, corrupt woman. Do not believe her when she says she wants you to pay via Venmo and not via her business's credit card machine. Tax evasion, threatening behavior, just horrible.

Gail is an amazing hairstylist! I am so happy with my new haircut and color. Gail really listened to me about the look I wanted to achieve with my hair. She is a great conversationalist too! I was so comfortable with her during my first visit. Her experience and knowledge of hair is very apparent when you meet her. I knew right away that I can trust her to make my hair look it's best. I will definitely be going back. Also, the products she uses are wonderful! I highly recommend going to see Gail for your next appointment!

I have been going to Gail @ Sassy Cuts for most of 3 years... I guess it is time to write a review to let others know what I have experienced. She is very good at what she does and has that "Southern Charm" that puts you at ease as you visit her studio. I find myself saying after each visit, "Gail, this is the best haircut I have received from you, Girl". And how often does someone offering a service truly continue to improve?? I'm a happy camper. I just hope this post will not make it harder for me to secure an appointment time!!! Kevin

Attractive spacious salon with many stylist and specialize services. By appointment and walk ins. My stylist is the Treatment salon. But I have used other services. Nails, pedicure, massages etc. I have had great service with each. They also have Barbers. Adequate parking additional stores and restaurants nearby.

It's been pretty clean every time I go but parking is atrocious. There is always something going on that restricts spaces, flow of traffic or both. You can find everything you need cosmetically there (hair, waxing, massage etc) that is convenient.

Lina is an excellent, honest, professional hair stylist. She is affordable and definitely recommend her services. Call before booking on groupon about price too. She is very accommodating and inexpensive.
