Dont get a tattoo here by talon He doesn’t build rapport with his customers If you get a tattoo with him make sure to finish it that day or pay full price otherwise he just makes empty promises and if you bring it up he blocks you

Katie have her Brow Business here and what a wonderful location. The bathrooms clean and the lofts extra spacious. Once in the lobby you must text your business and they come out and receive you to the back. Love the security as well as the decorum. A great atmosphere to compliment an EXCELLENT service. In love with the Brows KATIE!!!!!

DO NOT LEASE SPACE HERE!!!! Absolutely horrendous doing business with Danielle and Theresa. Do not lease any space here as they will give your room away for more money. Terrible way of doing business. They do not care about the stylists or their clientele. It’s “hey we leased your room but if you want to stay you can have this one for double the rent” Don’t fall for their eagerness to get you in the door so they can screw you over.

I made an appointment a week in advance and she canceled night before because i wouldn’t pay extra $40 for blow dry my appointment was going to be 2 hours long for her to dye my hair red and she said it would only take her 20 min for that but she needed the rest of the time to blow dry my hair? Does it really take someone 1 hour and 40 min to blow dry hair and i said i didn’t even want it blow dried cause I had to go to work later(food industry it would get messy anyways) so i didn’t want it and she canceled our appt because i wouldn’t pay an extra $40

My stylist Jenna Quagliana was extremely unprofessional by first forgetting an appointment all together and then canceling the appointment the day after for when she had rescheduled it for. She knew I was in town for a short amount of time, I showed up to my appointment and when I texted her from the lobby after driving 30 minutes in the morning, she responded saying she had completely forgotten about it and had already made plans for the day and would not be at work that day. She rescheduled it for the next day and then canceled it the morning of. People in other lines of work would lose their job for doing this. It’s extremely unprofessional for a hair stylist to do this and not have any consideration for other people’s time. I don’t care how good your work may be, if you can’t run your business well and remember basic things like making appointments, keeping them and showing up to work, then you shouldn’t own your own business or you should hire an assistance because this is the fastest way to lose a client. I had consistently tipped her very well at every appointment, over 20%, especially after the early stages of the pandemic since I had known salons were shut down and she did not have any loyalty or consideration in return to her loyal client.
