JESSIE SCHWARTZ- Loft No. 14 Started going to Jessie for my son who had some anxiety around getting his hair cut and he was amazing with him. I had recently lost my hair to chemo and decided that when it grew back in I would go to him as well. Several years out and he is the only person who has touched my hair. He has helped me take care of my hair as it’s grown back in and has done great cuts and fantastic color. I cannot recommend him enough. He is amazing!

I booked an appt with Claire Gauntner in loft #16. I got an automated email 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment stating it'd be canceled. There is no way to call her or get ahold of her. I arrived, assuming it'd been some type of mistake. Instead, she was doing another customer's hair and was quite rude when I asked about my scheduled time. She just said "well I tried to message you but the number was wrong. So when you didn't confirm I assumed you wouldn't show up and I just canceled it". There was no apology or alternate explanation, nor was there an offer to do my hair at the scheduled time. Instead she had another customer there. I have never had to confirm an appointment anywhere to avoid it being canceled right before. This is definitely not normal business practices. She halfheartedly offered to reschedule me for next week but I will take my business elsewhere. After that encounter I wouldn't feel comfortable having her do my hair. Given other reviews on here it seems that this is a common issue with her.

A stylist there named Claire Gauntner ignored my allergies and because of her negligence, I had a nice little visit to the ER. No apology or anything from her. I contacted her and salon lofts on many occasions and was also ignored. I reported her to the board and I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did.

Do NOT go to Amanda Tippett. She charged my card I had on file $100 today even though I haven't been there since November! Her work was extremely lazy. I went to get my hair done by her a week before my wedding and told her that and she COMPLETELY missed my roots in my FRONT PART. (See pic) She also did not cover all of my hair. Underneath had so many dark areas even though I asked specifically for full coverage. Additionally, the pictures she uses to advertise show blown out and curled hair, but she literally just blew dry my hair with a paddle brush and no styling. I left with frizzy half-way done hair for my WEDDING. The entire time, she was more concerned about gossiping with the hairdresser next door than she was about actually doing my hair correctly.

I could say this was one of the best hair experiences in my life! I have never ever played with the color of my hair before.(besides the bottoms once but got those cut off) The most that I have done to it is a haircut! This time I went full on and gave my full trust to Leslie Sharp(Loft 22)! She was recommended to me by people i truly trust so I went for it! She is an amazing person to spend time with and does an amazing job. Let's you know what she is doing before she does it, so you know what is going on! The time went by fast and my hair turned out Fabulous! I got Soo many compliments!! Thank you Leslie ❤️

I have been going to this Salon Lofts for a few years now to see Sam. She is a wonderful stylists and the place is wonderful. It is worth the trip for me! I drive 50+ minutes just to see my Stylist.

I saw Rashelle in loft 6 and I could not be happier with her work. She listened to every request I had, and knew exactly what I wanted before I even said it. Will definitely be coming back for a trim and style once my cut grows out a bit. 10/10 would recommend seeing her!

LZHair is an awesome stylist. I always have a good time when I have an appointment. And my hair has massively improved in health since I started coming to her. She is knowledgeable about a variety of hair types and is always looking to expand her skill set. That's a VERY desirable quality in a stylist. Sad that LZHair will be closing shop on Oct 31st but excited for her next chapter!

This review is specifically regarding Claire in loft 16. I was a new client, booked a week in advance, then she texted me 20 minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way and asked to reschedule for Saturday. I told her that I couldn't, as I would be out of town. She didn't respond, so I showed up on time for my appointment and I found her doing the hair of two girls... She asked, "Can you come back later tonight?" She lost a client before she even started. Don't bother, she'll just waste your time.

Whitney Chafin Is a childhood friend of mine and has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. No other Clippers will Touch my hair. I've never had a negative outcome or been disappointed With the results I get when Whitney cuts my hair.

The hairdresser in the window directly across from the urgent care cuts hair without a mask on. There is a line out the door of sick people waiting to be tested for covid and she is blatantly putting herself and her clients at risk in full view.
