I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to experience the sounds and trauma of a Brazilian wax salon within Salon Lofts. It left me utterly disappointed and appalled. From start to finish, this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the clients in the salon behave inappropriately, but the owner's choice of music was offensive and added insult to injury. Upon entering Salon Lofts in College Park, I was greeted by a cacophony of screams, curses, and loud, derogatory comments from the Hello Sugar unit. It was as if I had stepped into a chaotic den of ill-mannered individuals who lacked any sense of decorum. The noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the Hello Sugar operator saw fit to blast music that was not only inappropriate but also offensive. The lyrics contained explicit language and conveyed derogatory messages. This choice of music only intensified the uncomfortable atmosphere and left me questioning the professionalism of the overall Salon Lofts business. The lack of control over client behavior and the inappropriate music played by Hello Sugar completely overshadowed any positive aspects of Salon Lofts. I find it difficult to trust the professionalism of the Salon Lofts establishment when such blatant disregard for client comfort and dignity was on full display. I would strongly advise against visiting this Brazilian wax salon if you value a calm and respectful environment during your personal grooming sessions. The lack of control over client behavior, combined with the offensive music creates an atmosphere that is far from conducive to a positive experience. Seek out a salon that prioritizes professionalism, client comfort, and a respectful environment instead.

I will follow Adam to the ends of the Earth for my and my daughter's hair! When I heard he had move to Salon Loft I ran the first chance I had to make an appointment with him. This building is beyond phenomenal looking and set up amazing! Each booth is unique and puts a smile on your face. But the best of them all is Adam's! He has class and style with amazing talent for doing wonders for your hair! If you want to come out smiling for a long time every time you look at your hair book an appointment with Adam! Your hair will thank you!! Adam thank you for always being there over the years for me, my daughter's and our hair!

Deyah at Kallisti salon is an amazing colorist, very knowledgable in color blending as well as measures to protect hair from harmful effects of chemicals used in coloring. She uses Kevin Murphy products.

Marvin and Adam are excellent at their craft. I feel confident when I sit down that they'll take care of me. Both are very knowledgeable and really nice. I'm really glad they opened a spot close by.

Only 1 stylist provided a description of his/her services with pricing on the salon website, and that same person actually answered her phone and was absolutely helpful and so pleasant. No one else provided info about their services nor pricing on the website, and no one answered their phone, called me back nor replied to my email inquiring on their services.
