I’ve been going to Jane for 3 years now and my hair has never looked better! I had such a hard time finding a new hair stylist when I first moved to Chicago and so a friend recommended Jane to me. I am so grateful she did because Jane truly does an amazing job. Not only is she talented, but she is also such a joy to be around. She is so kind and easy to talk to. I always leave my appointments in a happier mood than when I walked in the door.

I made an online appointment the night before and got the confirmation. I reached the salon five minutes before the appointment and the room (loft 5) was empty. I had the phone number of the stylist (Michelle Pleasant) via the confirmation. No response via call/text for the next 20 mins. Finally got a text saying I had the wrong stylist. Very annoying experience. Not sure if the mistake was because of the system or the stylist but I was stuck with no options. I did email the customer service but haven't heard back yet.

I couldn't be happier once I found Natalie! She is super sweet, pays attention to mindful details, and the results couldn't be more perfect. I'm so glad I found her, and had such a great experience with a style and haircut.

This review is specifically for Julio Avienda (Loft 15) - HE IS INCREDIBLE!! Not only is he a wonderful stylist, but he's a fantastic human. He is an effective communicator who really listened to what I wanted when refreshing my long overdue Covid-roots. I can't wait to go back! Do yourself a favor and trust Julio with your hair, you won't be disappointed.

I chopped off a TON of hair today and I am sooo happy I was in Erica’s amazingly talented hands. She knows exactly how to cut for your particular hair type and face shape! Even my crazy curls were no challenge for her. I feel famous 😋🤩 Highly highly recommend!!! She’s in booth 7!
