This location is great. When I am in Ohio I always get my haircut from Starla at Salon Lofts Grandview - she is one of the best barbers in Columbus. I highly recommend.

Highly suggest knowing the person your letting do anything to your hair . I paid for a groupon specifically for a partial balayage . Maybe first mistake but the hairdresser i got said over and over how many years of experience she had(red flag). After being in the chair and sink for over 3 and half hours only to walk out with dry red hair/orange hair. She did not have a clue what she was doing.i sent her inspo pics of a very classic brown and blonde balayage she said she could do that no problem. Starting off coloring my roots brown and then painted the blonde through after leaving me in the sink for over 30 min to soak in a hair mask while she grabbed lunch. Im not going to put her name in here because she was super nice but that was a very horrible experience. I walked out with half brown half blonde very blunt lines to see where they dont blend. I could of done it myself had i known salon lofts just lets anyone do whatever. Makesure when customers pay for a service you actually provide that service with someone who knows what there doing with that particular client. I look at my hair and the top is very much orange red now after some washes. Now i have to spend more money to fix this disaster. My hair isnt even close to what i showed her or paid for. Sorry girl you may know im talking about you but that was a ridiculous service. Very disappointed. I really enjoyed the conversation and she was great but the service i paid for wasnt what i got

Scheduled an appointment for a simple beard trim. The location was easy to find. Arrived 10 minutes early and went to the lot. I saw Carlos was busy with another client so I sat down in the lobby. I waited for 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Not one staff member interacted with me. Terrible customer service and a waste of time.

Worst cut and color I ever got. Showed multiple pictures of what I wanted. nOTHINg like any one of the pix. Stylist decided to do his own thing even after I stopped him several times to show what I wanted. $200.00+ wasted. I work for two weeks for that amount of money. Extremely dissatisfied. Will never darken their door again. And everyone I talk to will know as well. Spent another $ 50.00 at drug store to get product to fix this mess. Will have to wait over 6 months before this grows out.

Had a very unfortunate experience with Nicole Henry. I had been going to her for over a year and asked for a root touch up and a few highlights. I have brown hair and she turned my roots red and the ends orange. It was not blended and looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked her to fix it but she blamed the color on my hair being too dark to lift, when in reality she took the color off before it was fully processed. I asked if she could fix it and she offered a toner or a refund. I chose refund and she only partially refunded me. I asked again for the full amount as we had discussed and she refused. I had to pay someone else over $200 to fix my hair. Mistakes happen, but to refuse to correctly fix the mistake or provide restitution is unprofessional and bad business. Sadly I won’t be returning to salon lofts or Nicole Henry.

Parking is easy in the attached garage and I absolutely love my stylist, Junite. I followed him here from his previous location. He always asks what I want and does exactly that. He is as great with my thick, curly hair as he is with my daughters' straighter hair.

Don’t use Brianna Weldon. She is unprofessional, she discriminates who’s hair she does. She won’t get back with u, won’t let u set an appt and when she does get back with u it’s only because u said u will go someone else since she’s not replying and then lies when she said she will get back to u and making an appt and checking a schedule.

I go in to get my hair cut by Carlos, and I am telling you he is colder than a polar bears toe nails with the clippers. He also uses scissors to get that perfect Blend. If I were famous and had to travel the world I would pay him to be on my team so I could always be fresh.. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could say my hair turned out great, but my stylist never showed up! We booked Emily Eades for today at 10:00 and showed up on time, no one was there besides one stylist who had an appointment. Tried calling her, went straight to her voicemail and I shouldn't have to email my stylist asking where she is. tried calling the actual owner, never picked up. Definitely will not be going back to this salon.

Brienna is WONDERFUL. I've been going to her for a few years now and have never been disappointed. She does amazing work and is knowledgeable. I've been getting highlights for over 10 years and she'd done the best work on my hair. Love her!
