I see Cassi Marr at this location and she is wonderful. Professional, organized, and a truly gifted stylist. She has a great gift with color and is also just easy to be around. I'm so glad to have her do my hair!

WARNING for those who want to get their nails done- DO NOT go to the_nail_psychic, Desirea, in Salon Lofts Keystone. I booked with her almost a month ago and she required a deposit, which I understand and respect as someone who also has worked in a service industry, but SHE CANCELLED ON ME not even 12 hours before my appointment time. She then said she would refund my deposit (on July 18), and still has NOT REFUNDED ME despite my multiple attempts to contact her and get my money back. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done with her specifically as her profile was all about nail health, but whatever, I guess! And Salon Lofts, has done nothing to help, even though I dmed them on instagram- they ignored me too. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. UPDATE: she has finally refunded me. I am leaving my one star, however, as Salon Lofts did not help me at all. They have some wonderful service providers, but be careful who you use, as there is little to no recourse when something goes awry and Salon Lofts is unreachable.

I have been seeing Ian at Salon Lofts for nearly 2 years and he is the best hairstylist and colorist I have ever gone to. I like to change the color of my hair up a lot and Ian is great at sharing what he thinks before we jump in, does a great job sharing with me the realistic timeframe of making these changes, and works very hard to prevent damage to my hair as we go. He is attentive to detail, knows his stuff, and very artistically talented. I highly recommend Ian for anyone that wants to work with a seasoned and talented hairstylist that’s aware of the latest and greatest techniques when it comes to hair care and color.

I had a haircut with Ian Carroll and he was amazing! Super personable and knowledgeable. He gave me such good advice about how to take care of my hair and gave me a great haircut! Will definitely be returning and have already been recommending him to friends!

Ian Carroll is Absolutely the Best for Color, Cut and Extensions. He listens to your wants and needs but will guide you on what is best for your Hair! I have been going to Ian since I moved back to Indianapolis 5 years ago. Would Never think about going any where else!

Ian is amazing and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new stylist. Between fashion colors, and allowing me to go blonde for the first time in my life, he is well versed in all areas. My favorite part of him as a hairstylist is he took the time to explain the science behind hair bonds and the dying process. Ian always creates a look based off my inspiration but makes it custom so that it is unique to my face shape/skin tone… ect. On top of his talent he is wonderful to chat with during your session and always keeps the conversation flowing. He truly is an artist of his craft.

Ian is fantastic & has been doing my hair for years now. He always puts a color on that looks great on my skin tones & teaches me how to take care of my hair. I love his bright bubbly personality & attention to detail. I’ve never had anyone cut / style my hair better than Ian!

If you are looking to open your own space as a beauty professional for a reasonable price this might be the place for you! I opened up my nail salon here this october & the maintenance team, the cleaners, the market leader, the other professionals in this building are all amazing. The rooms are a nice size there is laundry inside (you do have to pay for it) but conveniently located so you don’t have to tote it if you don’t want to. & for non professionals or anyone looking to have a service done, there are so many wonderful people here!

Isabel is an amazing stylist! She really listens to her clients and does an awesome job with color AND extensions!! The hand-tied extensions are great, especially if you have curly hair, but you can't wrong with the hand-tied or tape-in extensions either! I've had extensions for over a year. No one knows because they look so natural! The hand-tied extensions are so very cool and quick to put in/ move up! If you are in need of a barber, I highly recommend Jay T (also in loft 20). Very detail-oriented and does an awesome job with razor cuts and staying up on current styles. Check him and Isabel out in Loft 20 at Salon Lofts on River Road!! Both are highly recommended!

I always enjoy visiting with my hair dresser as she is doing my hair she is truly a great person and a awesome stylist I really like my hair I'm always happy when I leave it's so hard to find a place to get ur hair colored the way u want it I've tried so many places prices are high & I walked out never happy sometimes crying by the time I finally found Gail my hair was in terrible shape so thin & fried thanks to her my hair is getting healthy & I no longer have to wear a hat & I'm not broke when I walk out

I have been coming to Sam for about 4 years now and this young woman can absolutely slay mens haircuts. Being a former Marine my standards for haircuts are incredibly high. I get a military style fade, and she absolutely rocks the attention to detail. I never have any uneven lines, fades, or "shelfing" at the fade points. She truly is a master of her craft, and I couldn't highly recommend her enough. Her promotions are wonderful, and if I ever have any questions, she doesn't hesitate to reach out to me. If you're looking for something new, or even want to update your current hair style, this girl will nail it. She keeps herself up to date with all the current trends and styles to confidently and professionally make anyone feel great. Don't think about it, do it. You won't regret it. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Well done Sam!

I just have to come on here and say I’ve been going to Megan Street for awhile now and she is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! She is the funniest, most delightful person to be around and does amazing on my hair every. single. time. I have never once had an issue. She also does my extensions and now i can never go back😳. I love them. Ever since i’ve been going to her, she has always acted professionally and put me and all her clients first. If you need a reliable girl to brighten your day and do AMAZING on your hair, you should go to her. Megan Street has been my hair stylist for the past 10 years and I don’t know what I’d do without her. Not only is she kind and accommodating, she is a master when it comes to color and cuts. She always listens to what I want and that’s exactly what I get. An added bonus is that she’s really easy to talk to and hilarious. Highly recommend Megan Street!

Started using Megan Appox 8 years ago. She is Outstanding looked for a particular stylist to acclimate my needs. It was difficult to find someone like Megan Street. She is excellent in matching color & highlighting for me. I then tried Ombre excellent color match so Happy!

Very hard to get in touch with anyone - never even got to talk to anyone! Very disappointing in trying to make an appointment. I gave up after 3 tries of calling both the offices and stylist.
