The space is cute. But - we went to Kristalle at Neighborhood Beauty Nails, and it was a DISASTER. I bought a Groupon for a Classic Mani/Pedi, and there was NOTHING classic about her service. I bought a 2nd Groupon for my daughter, as a gift, and even she (at 5 years old) could not figure out why her pedicure did not include anything but a polish! (But mom, she didn't even wash my feet!). Kristalle does her "classic mani/pedi" completely dry. It included a nail trim, file and paint. There was no attention to either of our cuticles, no trimming or cleaning of the nail bed, only trim, file, paint. The same for the pedicure. Completely dry - no water, no nothing. Trim, file, paint. Over 2 hours for this service for 2 people. I had clearly communicated that I brought my daughter to get her nails cleaned up by a professional, and Kristalle said "I don't do that". She thought she was being generous putting lotion on the tops (only) of our feet at the end... you didn't clean my feet, and now you smear lotion on the top of my dirty feet? That's filthy and gross!! Do NOT waste your money on a mani-pedi unless all you need is a dry file and paint.

Went to see Kristen at Kalesthetics for my Brazilian wax and she was wonderful! We were done in 15 minutes. The pain is unavoidable, but she was the best compared to a few other places I have been. She makes you feel very comfortable and made the whole experience a positive one for me. I already booked my next appointment! I can’t wait to try her facials.

After 24+ years Patrice Johnson at Lakewood Promenade salon lofts is the ONLY woman I will ever ever trust with my hair. She listens, she gets you what you want to perfection, she will not push her own agenda on you, and it is one of the best experiences of the three times I’ve been there! Even at FYEOU know who I mean they even said “I forgot curly hair shrinks when it dries” try out Groupon they come back-and-forth but always go to Patrice Johnson at the Lakewood Promenade. It’s right there on the corner of San Jose and university. The place is amazing you walk in there’s a screen with all of your names as well as the hairstylist and you click on it each room is see-through but you have your own private area or nobody hears what you’re talking about and Patrice Johnson makes it all about you. As it should be. Not to say she is stuffy, she is amazing! Never will you go in, say what you want, and leave what a hair stylist though SHE wanted! Your Groupon queen (Tipping like there is no discount and your worth!) Crystal will continue to see you all over and over and over again, even if the Groupon‘s are hit and miss or never again! I have recommended you to so many people including online websites for people who are looking for a wonderful place to go with someone who is actually willing to listen to what they want. And Patrice Johnson is that one and only person out there and Jacksonville. Trust me I have tried from $12 haircuts to $300 haircuts but “nothing…compares… to-you!” LOL And for how posh it is they are very reasonable! BUT SERIOUSLY ALWAYS CHOOSE PATRICE JOHNSON! While the shopping center it is in is less aesthetic, the salon is beyond ANYTHING you’ll ever see before!

Many different shops in one place! Lots of hair salons to pick from, waxing, skin treatments, Red light treatments....my FAVORITE is Cool Body Sculpting!! They do great work!! I definitely see a difference!!

Sierra is a fantastic hair stylist! She goes above and beyond for her clients!!! She has a lot of experience and you can definitely tell by her professionalism and how she colors and cuts my hair. I would highly recommend her.

This is my new spot to go. Went to see Siera again and amazing experience. I will only go to her now to do my hair. Had her do a cut, highlights and wax my eye brows. I get constant compliments on my hair and refer her to everyone. Will be back! Thanks again Siera for the amazing service.

Idk about other stylists but I went to Siera Washington and she messed up my hair big time. It's fried and I can't do anything but cut it. I wanted to cry. When I told her how bad it was, she was in complete denial about it. She kept saying it looked pretty when it so clearly didn't. Never again am I stepping foot in this place.

My sisters and I decided to get a Mani/Pedi for Mother's Day. We had such a great experience at Salon Lofts. They accommodated us all three at the same time and we got excellent service. We loved it!

Siera Washington is an amazing hairstylist!! I told her what i wanted and she did not disappoint. The customer experience was outstanding. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. I highly recommend you go see her! Best hairstylist in JAX hands down….
