I went to get a facial for the first time. Sarah was wonderful and very knowledgeable about skincare. She was extremely professional and the service was top tier. I felt so relaxed and my face and neck feels very hydrated and clean. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone to her. I can’t stop touching my face it’s so soft ❤️

Tonisha was Amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted, made me comfortable, was very personable and I felt heard and understood. My hair looked amazing and love that I found a hair stylist that takes pride in her work! She’s special 😄

My stylist at Salon Concepts is Shannon from "Shannon's Hair Design ". I've always had a great experience & I always love my hair. Sometimes you have to wait a while to get an appointment with her, but she is well worth the wait!

She had to cancel because she wasn’t feeling well. I booked last minute so it wasn’t a big surprise. She sounded very qualified so I might try to rebook in the future.

One of the best pedicures I've had. The cost was average, but the skill and attention to detail for both the massage/relaxing parts of the treatment and the actual nail/foot care was top notch. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.

I had an extension consultation with Shannon and she took the time to explain all the types available, gave great recommendations for my hair type and had no problem answering any questions I may have had, even if to me they seemed silly. She's extremely knowledgeable and I can't wait to see what my results will be.

Shannon was amazing!!! I have very fine/thin hair & have left many salons feeling completely hopeless & defeated. Shannon definitely had something very special...while I may have walked in feeling nervous for yet another fail, within three minutes of talking to her my mind was 100% at ease! I could tell she truly cared about her clients & making them happy for the long run. She didn’t pressure me to take a step I may regret, she took the time to explain all options & gave me her best explanation of each while allowing me to make each decision on my own. I’ve FINALLY found a hairstylist to fit my needs!!!

I got this for my wife for mothers day she tried to make a appointment no one got back with her Sara left a message had a death in family and had no opening..i personally called np answer left a message no return call until after Groupon expired now she wants me to pay again because she was busy I SUGGESTED YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I just lost the money I paid... .

I had experience of going to Smile Direct today and My SmileGuide's name was Cerra. I was a little self-conscious about going there because my teeth are not perfectly straight as I would like them, but she made me feel comfortable explain everything in detail on what she was going to do and what to expect in the process of doing and using the custom made clear aligners !! I'm so happy I went there she taught me a few things that I did not know and I'm so very excited to start this new process I'm getting my teeth straightened and whitened and the next 6 months. I highly recommend going to get your Smile on at Smile Direct and see Cerra for great service!!!

Sarah is small but powerful! Highly recommend stone massage. Her space is very chill. Found a little confusing since there is no receptionist, just hallway with individual spaces, maybe diagram would be helpful?

Sarah won my business for life on my first visit. My bikini wax was rather painful from years of daily shaving and also not letting my hair grow as long as I should have. She could have given up but she knew I was leaving for vacation so we powered through! We laughed and had great conversation. Each time my hair has gotten thinner and thinner and the waxing sessions easier. Her prices are insanely reasonable and she always puts me at ease.
