Not on the salon but for Iryna Lyschinska I never thought I'd receive such amateur services from someone who's seemingly reputable. I came in for a balayage and cut and now my hair looks stupid and I paid $350 to have my hair ruined and even after getting it "fixed" it will take over a year to get back to normal. My hair was a little longer than the middle of my back when I came in we agreed to take off two inches. Now I have long hair and short hair because she cut one layer all the way around at collar bone length which was supposed to be "curtain bangs." The length difference is so great that it I can't curl it. It looks stupid no matter what I do with it. She also didn't even give me a true balayage, she gave me babylights and said she didn't want to damage it despite me not having any prior damage to my hair. No one pays $200+ for babylights. She cut my hair extremely fast to the point where I felt like I was going to get stabbed with her scissors and she obviously wasnt paying attention to what she was doing. I tried to stop her but she just ignored me and kept going. At the end she told me "don't worry if you don't like it I'll give you all your money back." When I asked for my money back days later I was ignored again and she offered to fix it but which all was really done is lightening and blending the ugly layer she put in which hasn't made that big of a difference because my hair is still ruined. Every time I tried to voice my opinion in what she was doing she would cut me off and talk about what she was going to do despite my 30th birthday coming up which was really prime time to not ruin my hair. She will admittedly do whatever she wants with YOUR hair and talk about herself for the majority of the time. In all honestly I would've rather had a few split ends than getting this haircut done. Take your money and go somewhere else where your wishes are respected.

Had a vacation planned and made an appointment through one of the hairstylist there. I made it for the day before I left so I could have a nice color and change. When I texted her I arrived at the time and date we agreed on, she said she forgot to write my name down and that she couldn’t accommodate me at all before my trip. Seeing as I had scheduled this in advance for my trip, I was just super bummed. I get having a schedule, but the mistake was 100% on her and she admitted to that. I just wish she would of offered to squeeze me in anyways. First world problems, I know. I don’t want to even use her name because I think she does a great job with hair and just made a mistake, but sometimes you just want somewhere to complain to when things don’t work out how it’s planned.
