I've been going to Juliana for nails for years now and she never disappoints! I've been to other techs in the past that have overcharged me for bad work and have damaged my nails. Since I've been going to Juliana my nails have grown longer and have never been healthier! If you're looking for a nail tech I would highly recommend!

Booked a last minute brow appointment with Tim Wilkins the day before my wedding. I honestly wasn’t expecting much simply because I had been plucking my brows so there wasn’t a lot to work with, but the brow tint and plucking service was amazing, and looked great! Made the biggest difference for my big day.

Travasia has been my stylist for nearly 3 years. In that time, my hair has become much more healthy and it has grown really long. She gives me a silk press and curl. Travasia also does my son’s hair. She does retwists and styles his locs. The absolute BEST!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Now, I'm sure there are way better stylists, but do NOT go to Cara. She's charging my sister for $100 bangs and cut fot a 9 YEAR OLD. We specifically said "do NOT make the bangs thin, but here we are with my crying sister about not wanting to go to school tomorrow with how awful her hair looks. She also charged about $150 for BARELY a trim on my mom. I have an appointment on Thursday and now I'm afraid to go, even though she's done my hair well. Besides, I'm going on a VERY expensive vacation and my hair as a kid shouldn't cost $150. I'm sorry to give such a poor review, but I had a bad experience there and my experience was with Cara. No shade to any other stylists.

I booked an appointment today with Samantha Mulligan. I checked her schedule this afternoon and saw that she had slots for hair cut at 4:00pm and 4:15pm. So I went ahead and booked the appointment for 4:15pm. I was stuck in traffic for 10mins and it took me about 30 mins to reach there and another 10mins around looking for parking. After I reach there, she was with another client and told me that she didn't even realize that she had another appointment booked after that one, that she cannot do my hair today and that she could do it some other day. How can she not check her phone and not know when someone books an appointment with her. And if she was busy today, she should have updated her calendar. And she never messaged me later to see if I wanted to reschedule either.

The maintenance was there when i arrived for my appointment and he was so rude and so disrespectful! I won’t go again for this reason. He made me feel very uncomfortable! This review will go on all the locations. I reached out to the corporate office that owned the building and is the HR for the maintenance team and have yet to hear anything back! What a bad way to tend to your clients customers Won’t be back

I saw Julia at the Hub location for a haircut. I live in Los Angeles and came to Columbus to visit my family and I was referred to Julia. I always get nervous when coming to someone new so a hair cut and I am VERY particular about my fades and Julia did an amazing job! Everything was perfectly blended. My fiancé also got her extensions and hair color by Julia and was also extremely happy! 5 star review from both of us! Go see julia! (Make or female clientele!)

I went to see Julia At salon lofts at the hub when I went to visit my family in Columbus. I live in Los Angeles and was nervous to find someone who could do my extensions and hair color. I live in Los Angeles and Julia’s hair coloring and extension techniques were all the way up to my standards!! She went above and beyond to make the experience really amazing, her loft was so clean and her aesthetics were on point. She was really professional and you can tell she not only has years of experience but really has passion for what she does. Can’t say enough how happy I was with my hair and whole experience Julia gave me!
