I booked a 3pm male cut with Mel. However, Mel didn't reply to my text messages and I was able to get a hold of him at 3:25. I wanted to experience the salon but was unable to. I think not being able to keep appointments is one of the biggest problems.

I have had an amazing experience with Elyssa at her studio HAIR LOVE. I have dark brown hair and she did a great job at doing a natural blonde balayage, I couldn’t expect better! 100% recommend :)

Ask. For. Laura! She does an outstanding job every single time I've gone to her! When she left her old salon, I was so sad thinking I had lost her... but here she is! As perfect as ever! From a personal standpoint, she makes you feel right at home, listens to what you're wanting, and makes you feel as if y'all had been friends since y'all were in diapers! From a professional standpoint, she is hands down of the the BEST stylists a salon could ever have! She is my hair person!

I got stood up by the lash stylist, Mel. I drove 45 minutes to be to my appointment that she had confirmed and we had even texted about only a few hours prior. Almost 10 minutes after my appointment time she texted that she wasn’t there and would not be back until tomorrow! I replied that I had driven 45 minutes to be there, hoping for some sort or response or assistance, but after sitting outside for another 30 minutes it was crickets! Save your time and go somewhere they care enough about your business to show up and communicate. 🙄

I had my eyelash extensions done with the stylist Mel. First off, she is unprofessional, lacks communication, non-punctual, and lacks time management and customer service. She always had excuse after excuse to reschedule you. On my first appointment she was half an hour late. I wish her the best, but please go elsewhere. This is in an upscale salon that needs to be held at standards higher than the normality, due to the location of the business. My lash extensions all fell out in a span of ONE week. Unfortunately, I will not recommend her to anyone! And a heads up: she will not refund you your money for unsatisfied service and quality of work!

I recently got my lashes done, and I feel like a million bucks! I highly recommend Solon Lofts, these babies are worth every cent. I don’t wear much makeup these days... these lashes have made all the difference. I have the worst allergies, so no more runny mascara! Highly recommended!!

What a GREAT Experience! My Eyelash Extension turned out to look better than I'd imagine and will definitely be going back for future Touch Ups.
