Antonio is the bomb! He is the best I have had so far in Atlanta. Some other hair dresser had destroyed my hair and the way he fixed it was amazing. I colored chocolate and got a hair cut! I love myself more now! Absolutely recommend Antonio!

Charra was my hairstylist and I explained how my last salon visits were terrible. My previous stylist over processed my hair and cut my bangs funky so I just wanted my hair back to my original color so it can heal, as well as my bangs fixed and some layers added. The whole experience was great. Professional staff and environment. I was a little worried at first because Charra was working with other customer while my hair was processing and I didn't know if she would be able to give my hair her full attention. But I was never left waiting and she gave me more attention and care than previous stylists who didn't even have other customers at the same time. She listened to me and answered my questions and had such an upbeat attitude the whole time that I appreciated. I left very happy with my hair and I will definitely be back!

Great, cozy salon that makes you feel at ease. A nice gesture to offer drinks to customers. Everyone is really friendly. Easy to get appointments even a week before. Fair prices. Best scalp massage with your hair wash (worth it just for this service)! And Antonio does a great job with color and cuts. He’s always friendly, smiling and receptive. Glad I found him and a new salon since moving to this area!

Had one of the best experiences in a salon ever. Had a long day at work and just wanted to unwind. Charra Morrison read my mind. She was efficient, quick, and the results were fantastic. It's nice when a designer knows when you want to chat and when you don'tn Walk out happily with a fantastic haircut? It doesn't get better. Highly recommend!

Owner is very rude!!!! I have been coming there since 2012 and I missed 2 appointments the first time I did a no show but I explained to the stylist my grandmother died and I forgot to call with everything going on it slipped my mind. The second time I called from my work phone and canceled. I called to make an appointment today and she said I can no longer come back because I didn’t cancel I told her I did and she said that I was lying because my number wasn’t in the call log and wouldn’t even let me explain that I called from a different number. Ever since the other owner unfortunately passed that place has not been the same. She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills!

Charra (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was amazing today! She's not the normal stylist I go to at salon Lotus, but wow! She was sweet, knows what's she doing and took care of all my needs. Thank you so much - I'm ready for my beach trip with a fresh cut and highlight!

I can't begin to say enough good stuff about Salon Lotus and Jill!!! I was in need of a major change and I sure got it! I LOVE my style and mostly my AWESOME color!!! I have found my place and even if I move to another area, I will still come back.

I had an incredibly terrible experience with this business. First off, I am wheelchair dependent. When I arrived to the salon, I struggled to get through the door. The receptionist never bothered to help. Second, I was told I had made my appointment at the wrong salon and when I told them I just needed my undercut done (back of head shaved), which would have taken 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that there was no way that anyone would be available to help me today, tomorrow or the next and their was no offer to book a future appointment. Third, when I left the salon and again, struggled with the door, the receptionist did not bother to help. Obviously, this salon does not value me as a person. I feel discriminated against. I left feeling terrible. Someone should explain to this receptionist that those who are disabled are people too.

I’ve been coming here for a decade. My son now comes in also. The best group of people and Anitra is my girl! Amazing cuts and color. Really educated on color without damaging your hair. And the products are amazing too! Would never go anywhere else.

After going to many wrong places, I was pleased with finding Salon Lotus. The owner and the lady at the reception are really nice.. Sarah is really friendly and nice to have a chat with during shampoo time and Antonio understood what I wanted during our in person consultation and gave me the best layered haircut and color I’ve had since I moved to the US a couple of years ago. I was very satisfied with the service and to me it’s worth the 2 hours drive. My friend came here for an haircut a few days after and was really happy with the result. Thank you ❤️
