I recently visited the salon and had the pleasure of working with Regina. She did an amazing job cutting and adding a gloss treatment to my hair! Regina was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results were even better than I imagined. My hair feels healthier, shinier, and I absolutely love it! Thank you, Regina, for the wonderful experience—I'll definitely be back!

OMG I love Isabella Ruiz!! She is your go to girl, she takes her time with you, checks her work thoroughly & reassures you every step of the way! No hidden costs, I called and asked do you guys weigh your product? She reassured me they do, but she would let me know the cost along the way. Well, she very much did as she said. She is true to her word & her work. She’s new but the whole team helps & reassures her along the way (her checking her work). She Hears you & applies her listening skills!! I hope to grow our relationship for a lifetime!! You ROCK Isabella, don’t ever stop being You!

This was my 14 yo first salon experience and it was very good. Angelica did a great job and we got 20% off for being a new client. My daughter was very happy with her new do.

Great salon with excellent service! I’ve been going there for years and I take my daughters—we have super fine hair, super thick hair, and curly hair between the three of us and they always give us wonderful haircuts! Highly recommended salon!👍👍👍

I have nothing but good things to say about Salon Lumen. Long story short I decided to dye my hair myself and it ended up looking like a disaster. I was absolutely devastated and called Salon Lumen in desperate need of help. April talked to me over the phone and assured me that they would be able to fix my hair one way or another and to immediately come on in. Once I got to the salon, Sarah did a test strand on my hair to make sure I could go blonde and did an absolutely wonderful job of getting me to a beautiful blonde. I left Salon Lumen happier than ever and feeling so much better about myself. I’ve uploaded before and after photos. The results speak for themselves. Thank you to the women of Salon Lumen for helping me out during my hair crisis! I’ll for sure be coming back!

I’m in love with my hair! Since I moved to SA I was looking for someone who could take care of my hair and since I started with Kassandra my hair is getting healthier, stronger and is growing. She recently did this balayage and it looks amazing and healthy (which is so impressive after bleaching). I recommend her a 100%! Also all the personal is amazing as well.

I’ve been having my hair highlighted at Salon Lumen for about a year. My stylist, Sarah C., is incredible with color. I don’t have regular highlights; I have gray hair and Sarah gives me blue semi-permanent highlights. She is amazing at selecting blues that suit me (no fading to green!!) and places the color perfectly. I get tons of compliments from all kinds of people. I also have naturally curly hair and naturally, I’m nervous about letting anyone cut it (iykyk). I recently wanted a major cut and decided to trust Sarah C. She had done such a beautiful job with the color and she is so dedicated to offering fantastic service…so I took a breath and let her cut! I was THRILLED with the result! She cut off about six inches and my hair immediately looked healthier and curlier! Sarah C. is now my forever and always “hair lady”! Thank you, Sarah! 💙

Never trust this place for men hair cut. Got the worst hair cut here never going back. After telling several times Sarah messed up the hair cut. WORST PLACE FOR MEN HAIRCUT.

Salon Lumen is my go-to Salon! I’ve been coming here for maybe a year now and I’ve never had a single negative experience. As a curly haired girl, I’ve tried countless salons all across town, and this is definitely the one salon that I genuinely 100% trust with my hair!! If you’ve got curls like me, you’ve gotta go get your hair done by Crystal!!! I always recommend her to all my curly haired friends!!! Also, every stylist (and even the amazing front desk receptionist) is always so kind! If you care about customer service, theirs is EXCEPTIONAL!!! No regrets at this salon, ever! I wish I would’ve found them years ago! 😭😭😭 Thank you Crystal for providing amazing service every time!!!!

My appointment was at 11:45 and I left at 1:15 without getting my hair done. The hair stylist they scheduled me with was running late with her previous client. When the hair stylist sat me down at 1:15 her client before came back in and was seated next me. My hair stylist started style his hair. I was done by then. If scheduled an appointment I should not have to wait that long. I got up from my chair and said I had to leave. No one said nothing to me. Will not be coming back here.

My stylist Kennedy was so great at making me feel comfortable when I needed to have some of my hair cut shorter. She really made my hair look and feel wonderful. All the people at Lumen salon were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who was interested in their services.

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is amazing!!! I had a hair catastrophe, and they were not only able to work me in last second, but they did such an amazing job. Kennedy was so nice, informative, helpful and professional. Everyone that works there is so kind though. I will never go anywhere else. So grateful!
