Sydney did an outstanding job on my hair cut! I hadn't had a cut in years and she really listened to what I wanted and then explained what I could have. I will definitely be going back. The salon says they are inclusive and meant it, which is refreshing.

Love love love my hair color here! Taiylor does the best job of vivid color I've ever had and I'm always so impressed by the time she takes to communicate and make sure things are right. Really love how she cuts my hair too and I can't imagine going elsewhere!!

I do not ever write reviews so this alone says a lot. I went to get blonde put in my hair I was skeptical because I know it can always go south but lil Mrs. Taylor SLAYED my hair! My hair came out exactly how I wanted it! I left the salon feeling so BEAUTIFUL! She is so sweet and we had great conversations throughout the process! Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend everyone to this salon! ❤️

I had went in for a consultation where they took a strand of my hair for a test strand and sent me home and told me they’d email me later. I emailed them a little later asking for an update. Nothing. I emailed them again on the 19th which was about two weeks later and then got an update. I had scheduled my appointment for blonding for April 6 at 1:30 and then the day of at 11 I was told my stylist couldn’t make it which is fine. They then asked me if I wanted to reschedule and when I said yes I never had got a response and it’s coming up on a week since I said I wanted a reschedule. They asked about a reschedule on April 6th, 2024 and it is currently the 18th of April and no attempt has been made to reschedule AND the stylist who was supposed to blonde my hair has recently done someone’s hair. Ive heard absolutely nothing. I feel kind of disrespected since I had waited a month for my appointment and when I ask about a reschedule I get ignored.

I was super anxious to get my hair done I’ve had really bad experiences in salons, Tristan made me feel so comfortable. I walked out feelin beautiful and confident. I highly recommend salon mercury. It’s a great environment with absolutely no judgement.

My first visit to this fun and cozy salon. I felt welcome from the start. I really love their inclusive environment. Aubrey was the stylist who colored my hair. She was personable and fun to talk to. I came to her with a mile of new growth and she made my hair look fresh and beautiful. Bright blue and makes me happy to see in the mirror every day. I will definitely be a return client. 💙

Salon Mercury was able to get me in within a few hours after the salon I had booked with months ago accidentally double booked and couldn't do my hair the day before Valentine's. But Salon Mercury got me in and saved the day! And the cost was literally half of what I would have paid at the first salon! Needless to say I'll be staying with Salon Mercury!!

By far the best salon experience I have ever had. Mackenzie is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my hair type, my hair needs, and answer all my questions. I will 100% be coming back and I highly recommend!

I am the type that has anxiety about my hair and I went in on impulse and left so happy and feeling confident! Kaitlin did such a phenomenal job chatting and reassuring me and also listening to what I like/wanted. She blew me away first person that cut my hair that I didn’t end up hating the cut. Will most definitely be coming back. :)

I can NOT recommend this salon highly enough!!! McKenzie did both a cut and Balayage to my hair. I went in with a vision of what I wanted, but did not have the words to put to what I had in my head to describe what I was looking for. Not only did she help me give shape to the idea in my head through patient questions, but she also continued to seek input throughout my visit. I felt incredibly heard as a client and when I tell you she brought my vision to life: she met every. Single. Aspect. Of what I wanted and then some. Not only is McKenzie a very talented artist, throughout my whole visit I felt welcomed, comfortable and was instantly put at ease by the whole staff. I cannot recommend salon mercury highly enough!

I had a wash, cut, and blowdry. I had no idea what I meant but Carmen was able to interpret "I want something different but not different enough that my toddler won't recognize me" into something I'm very happy with.

I love this salon! I have been seeing Carmen for 3 full years to do my hair and I absolutely love her and recommend 100%. The salon is a safe space. Very clean, every service provider is very friendly. The prices are amazing as well, definitely not too expensive! You won’t regret it !

I've gone here twice now and I've loved the experience and my cut both times. Carmen is an excellent stylist and made me feel safe and at home. The entire vibe of the shop was exactly in my comfort zone. Would recommend to absolutely everyone, but especially people looking for a safe and inclusive environment with wonderful service!

Jess at Salon Mercury saved my hair and made my week!! I had a pretty bad dye job at a different salon a few days earlier and Salon Mercury took me in for a very last minute appointment. Then I messed up totally and wrote down the wrong appointment time so I showed up 30 minutes late. Jess really did not have to see me at all after that, I felt so guilty. But she was kind and compassionate and told me it was no trouble. She fixed my hair and I feel so pretty now! So much better than how it started out. I would highly recommend Jess and anyone else at Salon Mercury! The communication between myself and the stylists was great, the atmosphere was fun, and every staff member I interacted with was really awesome.

My daughter and I just had another fantastic experience with Jessica! She always makes us feel welcomed and has a wonderful personality. The cut and curl treatment is awesome (as always). It’s also great that they have the products we need available, too. We left totally satisfied and will continue to see her for years to come. Highly recommend Jessica and Salon Mercury! 💕

Salon Mercury…. Nice owner. Jessica has no friendly manner….fine, I don’t visit salons to converse. But it’s nice sometimes. I went five (count FIVE) times…one for a blow out and the rest for color and cut….but this last time was the last straw… First, it takes Forever (4+ hours! On my third attempt to go blonde….) She forgot how many times I came to visit if that says anything. 1 blowout and four color visits…. 4 + hours on each visit? my mom (in her 60s) didn’t take that long I never got the color I originally requested The cut, nonexistent (I requested none this visit)….I did a better job myself at home Jessica’s attitude (not great…I think she is constantly annoyed or constipated) The bathroom is full of garbage and stinky)

VERY expensive. Never got the hair color I wanted after 4+ bleaching sessions. Scammed out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars, they fried my hair and ruin absolutely anyone's hair they touch. Do not like how much they gossip and they were very rude to me. Wish I would have never gone here. My hair is now falling out thanks to Carmen and her negligence. Also, she could not cut bangs right - mine turned out crooked.
