If you’re looking for a haircut AND your new best friend, go see Sofie. Not only did Sofie listen to what I wanted, she was a great conversationalist and made me feel like I’ve been her client for years already. I won’t be letting anyone, including myself, cut my hair ever again. I just took all the pics off my phone so I don’t have a better pic…just gotta trust me - she’s the shit. Go see SOFIE.

TLDR: Ashley was wonderful, listened to what I wanted and gave me a great long hair cut. I've been looking for somewhere that does curly/wavy hair, and can do stylish mens long hair. In the last I've had some bad experiences with stylists working against my natural texture and thickness, resulting in haircuts that I hated honestly. With Ashley I brought this up at the start and she immediately understood what I was looking for and gave me a great natural looking cut that was still stylish and clean. Got a beard trim as well which looked great.

I really really wanted to give this place a higher rating because I read all the reviews before going here but unfortunately I left trying not to cry. I am sure that all the other stylists are amazing but if you go here I would not recommend Kim. She was nice but said a lot of extremely hurtful comments to me. There was a huge language barrier so I wonder if that was the major problem but she cut my hair way shorter than I wanted it to be. I said light layers and she practically gave me bangs. I take a chemotherapy drug for an autoimmune disease I have and she kept commenting on my hair loss, how thin my hair was, and how damaged it was. This is already a huge insecurity for me so she just made things worse. She also kept telling me how beautiful I was but that my old haircut made me look heavy. By most peoples standards I am not a heavy person but I do struggle with a severe eating disorder and body dysmorphia. Overall it was just really terrible and I would not ever want anyone else to have that experience. I’m giving it two stars because I’m sure that the other stylists are amazing. I just wouldn’t recommend Kim. Also her station was really gross and looked like nothing had been cleaned. There was other peoples hair in some of her brushes which grossed me out. Not a nice experience.

Great Stylists and wonderful owner. Each stylist is detailed in their own speciality, and listens to their clients, paying close attention to detail. The owner is friendly, and accommodating for all customers and new clients. During the time of covid, they follow state regulations and still make it work well for clients.

It's a rent-a-booth salon, in that each hairdresser runs their own business. The new location is wonderful and airy, and I love my hairdresser Amanda Joy, she does inspired pixie cuts!
