Best kept secret in Virginia Beach. Tucked away behind the courthouse is an immaculate well appointed hair salon with owner and master stylist, Randy. Really knows how to cut hair perfectly. Shop has friendly relaxed atmosphere and comes equipped with new air handling system so important with CoV. Do yourself and favor and treat yourself to a haircut with Randy at Salon Mosiac 427-0200. Spent almost $200 on a cut and color that took about 3 hours. Cut looks great, but after less than 2 weeks most of my color has washed out and my hair has turned this horrible green color. Its awful. Looks like a bad Walmart box dye job. Do NOT recommend getting your hair colored here. Lowered my review because you had the audacity to say I reviewed the wrong salon. I know where I got my hair done. Bad customer service. My hair was done by a young guy who was the "dye specialist." I did speak to a woman at your salon and was told its "normal" for hair color to wash out quickly. Why charge your customers so much when you know it will wash out in a week.

Today was my first time getting my hair cut there and already I intend to keep coming back. Immediately upon walking in the design of the place is comfortable, clean, and elegant. It's the only salon I've ever seen with two stories. The chairs in the waiting room were insanely cushioned which made waiting easy. Staff was of course pleasant and I paid less getting my hair trimmed there than I usually do anywhere else. So already these are boxes wholly checked for me. My hairdresser today was Tyler and he was super polite but also... what a refreshing conversation! Generally I find it difficult to talk with stylists but Tyler and I talked about different kinds of plants we'd grown and our favorite kinds, he taught me about my hair type and different ways to tell whats going on with my cuticles as well as how to proceed with my plans to grow it out, and then we discussed the craziness with the quarantine but the nice ways we'd been keeping ourselves busy and happy. Bottom line, as long as my hair keeps growing, Tyler has a customer. Thank you so very much, my hair feels amazing after the trim and the repairing conditioner. I just got excited all over again about how long it's gotten.

I just got hair cut done couple days ago. And I am very happy with my hair !! Staffs are very nice. I got hair cut done by owner:) He is an amazing stylist. I came from japan and I was looking for good hair salon but I am glad I found this salon. He will give you his opinion which means he thinks what’s best for each one of us. I had my opinion of my Hair style but he wanted to make it different so I agreed. Now I like new hair :) I am looking forward to go back. This is the best place if you are looking something special or professional. Thank you so much !!

It took me a few misses before I found Salon Mosaic but the search was well worth it. My stylist, Maggie is the best. She listens to you and fulfills your expectations. Her main goal is making you happy. No matter who long it takes she is commited to you being totally satisfied. I also love how welcoming everyone is when you come in. Whether or not they are your stylist they make you feel welcome. I can't say enough about Salon Mosaic and their entire professional staff.

Amazing owners and staff! I have been coming for a cut and color from Randy for years and would NEVER go anywhere else! I get compliments from perfect strangers about how awesome my haircut and color looks all the time! Definitely give this salon a try. You won't be disappointed!

We just walked in and asked if they could cut my daughter's very thick long hair short. They said they could and took her back very quickly. Wow! These guys are so friendly and kind. They do amazing work. While there, I watched several women and men get fabulous hair cuts and colors.I watched a stylist curl the hair of another older women who was so thrilled that she was clapping. Then afterwards the stylist told her that she loved her as she helped her back into her wheelchair. My daughter has very thick hair that is tough to deal with. The team at Mosaic the took time to speak to her about what style she wanted, what style was best for her face, her hair type and what is 'in' now. She just LOVED being pampered by them. They took their time cutting her hair and it shows. My daughter looks and feels fantastic. This will be our new Salon for sure. We highly recommend going here.

Arrived for my appt and the 2 men up front told me they could verify I was on schedule but couldn't tell for what time. They told me to wait 45 min and someone would take me . I left and was told someone would all me. Never heard back!!!!

This is the best salon in the area and beyond!! I have family members that drive to Virginia Beach just to see Angie. All of the stylists are absolutely amazing and they are the best colorists around. They not only stay up to date on the latest fashions and techniques they teach them. Randy and Angie have developed a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. By the way, I have very difficult hair so this is saying a lot!!
