The best hair salon that I luckily found in Naples. We're here on vacation, and I needed a 1 process color treatment. My hair is extremely difficult to color. If it's not, I tend to get brassy. Needless to say the color was beautiful. Whether you are on vacation or live here I can't say enough about the excellent service. No wait time , a-wonderful coffee bar,etc. I must give a huge shoutout to Kimberly who colored my hair. Kimberly also gave my scalp the best massage. I love this salon. Everyone is so nice. Lastly, this is for all the blonds out there who aren't happy with their color it's a must to try Mulberry!

Everyone at Salon Mulberry is wonderful, and I couldn't be happier with my hair. I’m visiting from out of town, so I wasn’t sure what the result would be. (The front desk person was so wonderful when I got completely lost and was late!!) Wow, was I lucky that I was given my appointment with Ella! She did a fantastic job with my color, cut, and blow-out! She is also a great person...warm, friendly welcoming, accommodating, professional, and very sweet and nice. Salon Mulberry, and Ella in particular, is now my go-to salon when I visit Naples!

Finding a person/salon that does highlights for long thick hair has been a struggle ever since I moved here from NY. I’ve been to many salons here in Naples and they disappoint me every single time. I’m giving this place 2 stars because although I did like my hair, it took 4.5 hours and cost me over $460 for highlights and a trim, not even a blowout. That price is outrageous. I have never spent more than $200 even in NY for highlights. I also felt like the lady who did my hair looked very annoyed that I had such long thick hair and it was taking a lot of her time. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way as she reminded me of this more than once. So no, I will not be coming back.

I am fairly new to the area. I feel sincerely blessed when I got lucky to have my first appointment with Ella. She is not only so friendly and personable but she is extremely talented. my hair is very thick and strands are thick. she was very informative on ways to help it look and feel healthy. She also cut my hair on our first visit and was fearless and my hair is not easy to manage. She did a fantastic job Today was my second appointment with Ella. She knew exactly what my hair needs and suggested product that I love. I have always had an itchy scalp. Today, because of Ella and the product she suggested, my scalp is not itchy. Ella is truly a GEM!!

I am in Naples for a month and needed a root touch up. Adam was recommended by my salon in NH. Adam did a fantastic job and I LOVED the color! Nice salon with friendly and know staff. I highly recommend!

Janel is the best colorist I have ever had! She creates for me exactly what I need each and every time. What is so cool about her, is she listens to me. My first visit was great! Everyone was friendly and interested in my journey to go gray. They are trained in the newest options for color. My stylist Lori and I had fun. I got a great gray blend of colors, and a great cut.

I had a 530 appointment today to get a keratin treatment. I was on time and I opened the door and I greeted the receptionist with glasses and dark hair and said hello. She proceeded to stare at me as if I was bothering her and I waited for her to respond. nothing. so then I asked her “are you going to say anything to me?”and she continued to just stare at me in complete silence. There are lots of people that want jobs and if you don’t like your job, maybe you should quit. But I will never go back there. I told her before I left. “I’m sorry just cancel my appointment because you are so rude.” Maybe you have great stylists, but if you don’t have a nice receptionist, you’re going to lose business. I don’t need to be treated like that. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I was excited but oh well.

Jessica is amazing. Keratin, perfect! I'm a busy professional and need to get in and out quickly - she's always positive, on time and really cares about me... always asking about my parents and son. It's a wonderful time that feels like I'm catching up with a friend, but walking out with beautiful hair on which I get compliments every day. At 58, people can't believe how healthy, full and shiny my hair is. Thank you, Jessica!

Best Salon I’ve been to in years. Friendly/accommodating, clean, and experienced staff. I always feel better walking out the door after a fresh cut from Georgia! Besides being a talented stylist, she’s cool and down to earth. I usually tell her to do whatever she thinks and I’ve never been disappointed. I was seeking a salon with a few priorities- hair health & integrity, good highlights & cut. Cara surpassed all of my wishes! The salon texted me for my expectations for the visit which I communicated and sent ideas for my hair. She did my color/highlights perfect & the cut was a huge change that we discussed in detail & she nailed it! I cant wait to go back!!! I 1000% recommend her!! 🤩🤩🤩
