⚠️⛔️ Warning to other artist looking to display their art here! I had artwork on display in their gallery. Overall terrible communication from their staff. After over a year I stopped by to check on my pieces and they were gone. I was told they were moved into storage, and a few days later I came to pick them up and they had been improperly stored and damaged from being sandwiched, with missing paint and the canvases warped from the weight. The art director, who never once contacted me, criticized me for not picking them up sooner. Extremely unprofessional!! Stick to cutting hair because you clearly don’t know how to handle artwork.

Great haircut and balayage by Leena! I wanted to chop my hair and go lighter but natural looking, I’m so happy with the results! Leena listened to all my requests and answered all my questions. Definitely will go back! And the cafeteria is a plus! While my hair was bleaching I had a nice Latte!

Leena is awesome! My daughter has been to her a couple times for a haircut. She has long curly hair and she is always so happy afterwards! Leena gives great tips on how to style and product, and is great to sit and chat with! I have gone to Hollie for years, for cut and color. She is amazing and I always love what she is does with my hair. Highly recommend if you’re needing a fresh cut and color!

Brittany has been coloring my daughter’s hair for the past 3 years. She always listens to what she wants and my daughter leaves the salon happy and with gorgeous hair. She is now coloring my other daughter’s hair as well. Highly recommend her!

Brittany Marlow gave us (me and my two girls) a cut/style each. My older daughter needed her highlights retouched and was worried about damage. The color came out gorgeous and i absolutely love my cut! Brittany made all of us super happy customers.

Cafe at Salon Mystique is not open all the time. On top of that he close for lunch and then eventually is not open when clearly said "will open in 10 mins". The café loose money and clients.

I recently moved to this area and was looking for a new stylist. I saw Brittany had great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I asked for 'long layers and icy blonde highlights', but I wanted to keep the length of my hair. My hair wasn’t damaged—I only get it done once a year and rarely use heat styling tools. I clearly communicated that I didn’t want more than half an inch cut off. I also mentioned that my hair has natural gold and strawberry undertones, which tends to pull through when lightened. I’ve been to high-end salons in the past that know how to handle this type of hair, using the correct toners, adjusting processing times, and applying the right amount of heat to ensure my hair lifts properly and tones to the right shade. However, during my appointment, she had me sit under the heat for only about 10 minutes, when I typically need at least 30 minutes for my hair to process correctly. I didn’t want to play the role of a "backseat driver" because I trust that professionals know what they’re doing, so I waited until my hair was blow-dried to make my final assessment. However, when she was removing the foils at the shampoo bowl, she said, "I knew you probably needed more time," which to me demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and care. I understand that getting the perfect color can be challenging, but what was truly disappointing was the haircut. I left the salon with the most uneven cut I’ve ever had, in addition to the color having multiple shades of gold. When I got home and examined my hair in different lighting, I realized I wasn’t happy with the result and immediately reached out with pictures, asking to come back in as soon as possible. The second visit was slightly better. She was able to lift more of the gold tones from my hair, but the front pieces are still very gold. To add dimension, she applied a neutral root tap, but this unfortunately made the roots appear gold as well. As for the haircut, she admitted that she had been in "la la land" and apologized, acknowledging that the cut didn’t look great. At the end of the day, for $300, I expect a higher level of quality and service. I deserve to leave a salon feeling excited and confident about my results. She offered for me to come back a third time for another touch-up to address the roots and the orange pieces, but after two disappointing experiences, I don’t feel like this salon is the right fit for me. She recommended a product to minimize the brass/orange tones at home, which is an additional $30.00 that I wouldn't need to spend if the proper color was achieved in salon. Even though it’s close to home, I’m now inclined to look for a new salon where I can feel confident in the skill and care of the stylist. A word of advice to stylists: if you feel uncertain about your ability to achieve a client’s desired result, please be honest and upfront about it. Don’t attempt something you’re not confident in. My hair is now shorter than I wanted, lacks the layers and dimension I asked for, and has warm tones instead of the cool blonde I was hoping for.

I’d refer brittany to any of my friends or family members. Very professional, polite, and good at what she does. I don’t let anyone cut my hair, but she pays close attention to detail in what her customer wants and takes pride in what she’s good at. Go get your hair fixed by brittany, it’s worth the time💙

Brittany has been my stylist for the last few years now. She's very knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of hair. And I always trust that when I come in, I'm going to leave looking great. My daughter who is very tender headed will only let Brittany cut her hair. She's very gentle and patient when it comes to brushing her hair out. Everyone does an amazing job! I have gotten professional makeup, eye brows and more and I am always happy with the results. I also take my son here and Allie cuts his hair and Allie does a fantastic job! My son was freaked out about getting his hair cut from bad experiences in the past, and she makes him feel comfortable and always leaving with a smile, which always makes Mom happy 😃

My time with Brittany is always amazing!!! I have been getting my haircut with her for years! Every single time Brittany cuts my hair it's always an amazing work and a wonderful experience. She has been the only person I can trust to cut my hair due to my hair being difficult on how straight it is and the way the hair grows. Brittany truly does know how to do anyones hair. I made an appointment this morning with a stylist. Thirty minutes before my appointment, later that evening, the stylist texts to say she is running late and “I'm seeing very short cuts in your past notes- typically are not my expertise. Don't want to waste your time. Just let me know!” It would have been nice to know this alot earlier so that I could have made other plans. Very unprofessional. I am flying out tomorrow for surgery and really needed to get a haircut since I not be able to for 6 weeks.
