The ladies here are great! They find good talent in their techs. They care about the health of their client’s nails. I had gotten a bad service at another salon and they were so shocked at the state of my nails they did their best to make them healthy and the removal process was so gentle. I have never had my nails look this good after a gel and extension removal. Thanks Maria!! I had a great experience.

I visited Salon Nails & Co. Miami Brickell on Saturday for a hard gel manicure, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The next day, to my dismay, my nails chipped, which is unacceptable for a service that is advertised to last up to three weeks. I paid $65 for a gel manicure hopping it will last me 2 week. It’s a terrible experience to have your nails peeling off by itself the next day. The nail technician was not only unprofessional but also rude, which made the experience even worse. When I approached the owner for a refund, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to address my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of peeling the polish off myself, which is completely untrue. Why would i want to peel off my nails to break them?? Does that make any sense!!! I have never felt so stressed and insulted by customer service before. This salon clearly does not value its customers or the quality of their work. I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment. There are plenty of other salons that will treat you with respect and provide the quality service you deserve.

I’m from Boston and came here a few months ago while in Miami on vacation. The experience was wonderful. I have curly 3b/3c hair and often find that when I blow my hair out, it looks too thin, flat and lifeless. Patrice was able to blow my hair out while somehow managing to make it retain volume and look stylish. The only thing I was sad about was that my hairstyle could not last longer than a few days as moisture exposure caused it to frizz again! This salon is also really attentive to your needs, bringing you tea and making sure you are comfortable. My wax experience was also superior - she did an excellent job and I had no nicks, cuts or discomfort. 5 stars.

A HUGE storm came through and I ran under the salon’s awning. As I waited for the rain to let up, I looked at the salon and decided to book an appointment. BEST DECISION I have ever made. Very chic, clean and professional atmosphere. They do amazing work. You should make an appointment with them asap! 10:10 would recommend and return!!!!

Patrice literally saved my hair I came to him after another stylist destroyed my hair and he told me exactly what we needed to do to fix it and made it perfect within an hour. Restored all my confidence and made me feel so beautiful again :)

I got a haircut with Patrice. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he executed perfectly! I have been to many haircut places and believe me when I say that HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. The rest of the people are very welcoming and the place is neat and clean. Fantastic place!

I’m long due for a haircut but find it difficult to find a good hairdresser in nyc that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. . I had balayage done in nyc ( which turned out to be too light which made my hair look unhealthy). What a haircut from someone who knows what his doing can make ! He asked questions and explained the best cut for my hair type and to Frame my face . In addition , he explained toning vs bleaching and how I can attain the color /look that I want . I’m a fan and will definitely fly in from nyc just for a cut / color .

I’m still shocked by Margie’s absolute refusal to wear a face mask even after I told her that I have a person in my household with a serious disease who is immune compromised. She just said that they’re not wearing masks anymore and that I should’ve prepared them to my “special request” in advance. I was already with my hair washed and ready for a hair cut and she literally didn’t care, no matter how many times I explained my family situation to her until I almost broke in tears. I never experienced such insensitivity in my life.

The front desk woman is a nasty human being. She lacks a professional demeanor. A receptionist is the first face of a business- if she is going to scowl and be rude then their is no reason to give my business here. Beware the witch with black hair at the front- look elsewhere for beauty services in Brickell!

This was my first experience with Patrice Bourgier Salon. I saw Margie for full highlights, colour and a cut. She did an incredible job with my hair and I am very pleased. I am originally from Toronto and I have been to many hair salons in Miami - none of which I was happy with. I'm happy to have finally found this salon and Margie.... And Michael gives amazing head massages :) The salon was also very clean!
