La joven que recibe en la puerta y llamadas es una maquina para perder clientes. Impresionante como en 5 segundos perdió una futura cliente fija. Coloco dos estrellas por la mujer muy amable que vino de atrás con la mejor disposición.

New review January 2020 💅 Had mani/pedi with Maritza where she's very careful and asks questions as to what you like and feel. In general all of them are great but depends on your time! 💇 Had my hair colored and blowed dried with Giselle where, I was fully satisfied with how my hair looked and felt....she's a keeper!! In addition, the autmosphere was inviting with terrific welcoming smiles, lots of laughter as EVERYONE converses having clients join in ending with a delicious free coffee ☕. A MUST GO PLACE ! Ladies who have a need for haur improvement the salon uses authentic Paul Mitchell dye products and authentic Dominican hair products which have helped improve my hair growth.

Rumi is an excellent nail technician and I would not think of going to anyone else despite her very limited English - BUT when I call to make an appointment and cannot get ANYONE on the phone that speaks English it forces me to go elsewhere. Zora will not feel the loss of my business, but it is a shame that she may be losing other business because the FIRST contact cannot accommodate both English and Spanish speaking existing and FUTURE clients. And just so it's clear I have nothing against Hispanic people - my 4 grandchildren are half Cuban. But one needs to run a business encompassing all segments of society.

This place is the wosr, dont even think to go there. Worst mani and pedicure ever!!! They are not professionals, just amateurs playing with your time and money. There is no 0 stars unfortunately, very disappointed

I didn’t like it AT ALL, the lady that did my nails cut my ring finger 2 times, the only reason I went was because there was a cheap Groupon for it! I got another one as a gift and I was told when I made the appt “you’re only allowed to use one Groupon we don’t get paid for it” I’m the customer. I don’t need to know that!

Was in a rush for my friend's wedding. They were really fast and took great care of me. Definitely will come back again! My nails came out so good they look fake!

I had a great experience here, I went here for a mani-pedi and it came out awesome!!!!, the lady that did my feet is cuban, from Camaguey and she was very very nice and professional. In general I loved it. My feets came out awesome and also my hands.

maybe like a 1 week ago I want here to do my nails and i didn't like the fact the front desk lady didn't understand anything I was saying. then after that it was a other lady there its a nail tech she was talking so loud on her phone while she was doing my nails in the same time I felt so uncomfortable for coming here its very unprofessional but my nails come out ok.
