Place is very busy and the staff there are ALWAYS super nice! Walked in and place is beautiful and very clean! The floor is very cool! Great job on hair!

After having provided my credit card info to hold my spot and arriving 12-15 minutes early for my (first time) hair appointment, I introduced myself to Ms Smith as her 10:30 client! She allowed me entry, relocked the door, and began straightening up her counter! I assumed there was a 3rd stylist at the location! About 5 minutes before MY appt was to begin, Ms. Smith STARTED braiding another patron's hair! In the time between my gaining entry and her tending to her other client, there was NO mention of any rescheduling! NO prior text was sent; if my appt had been canceled, I had not been informed 😕! If the facility had been crowded, I might've understood why I wasn't seated at the scheduled time! That was not the case!After sitting close to 10 minutes past my appt time, I informed Ms. Smith that I had to leave! Her response was, "OK, did you want to come back later?" I very respectfully said, "No. " She canceled the appt AFTER I left (I checked the timeline on my phone!). I waited 24 hours to ensure there was no pending credit card charge!

Best salon i ever seen or been to in my life. The service is great and the the stylist are very knowledgeable and patient. All in all a Great hair care experience 5 stars!!!!!! I would recommend this salon to the world

Fawnee is the best in the natural hair world!!! She is soft spoken, very knowledgeable of hair, she is honest, and very patient. Her shop is relaxing and soulful. A year ago today on her anniversary was my first experience on my healthy natural hair journey. My hair is healthy and has grown so much since I started her hair treatment plan. Even my dermatologist was impressed by how healthy my hair is!!! Book her!!!! Enjoy the experience Cheers to 12 years!!!

I met Fawnee when she did my daughter’s hairstyle for her wedding and she also did my hairstyle for the wedding. We met with her a few weeks before the wedding. Because of her personalized service; I feel like I am the only customer in the salon. I am hooked, she’s my regular hairstylist. Fawnee does not consider her business as a job; she considers it a passion. I would highly recommend her for any special occasion or just a feel good occasion for you.

I moved from Boston and I am so glad I found Fawnne and Salon Noa. She helped me with my natural curls and get my hair healthy. I also have her color my hair so you don’t see the grays. I have never had so many compliments on my hair. It’s growing out and healthy which I love. Fawnne is amazing and will keep your hair healthy!

I’ll probably never go to another salon because of what they did to my hair. I paid $175 for a silk press and color. Mind you it was suppose to be honey brown why were my edges white and my hair blonde. And she chopped my hair all up.

Ms Fawnne at Salon Noa never disappoints. Every time I have an appointment, I leave looking beautiful, when I'm out and about, I constantly receive compliments on my hair style. Fawnne is my stylist and she is the best, hands down. She keeps my hair healthy and growing. To top it off, Salon Noa is beautiful inside; the art work, the salon set up is very welcoming. The professionalism of the staff is the best.

So happy my daughter and I found Fawnne! I nearly lost all hope with my daughters hair because it was so damaged. Fawnne has brought her hair back to life. The ambiance of the salon is very nice,peaceful and very respectful for children. Fawnne is a very humble, patient, individual. Its not easy finding a hair stylist these days that is fairly priced and genuine. I would absolutely recommend this salon.

Fawnee is amazing! It was my first time at a salon because Im never able to treat myself. Everyone here is so patient and professional. Fawnee gave me a protein treatment and a blowout. She patiently answered all of my hair care questions and really took care of my hair. I left feeling like a model! My wedding is in two months and I’m so glad I found such an amazing salon with wonderful stylists! Thank you Salon Noa! I’ll definitely be back! :)

Fawnne and her team were the hairstylist for my wedding. They were absolutely amazing! She prepared my hair months before the wedding and the day before and the day of the wedding. fawnne was a great supporter! They were professional the whole time! They were on time and traveled to the venue and even waited to do touch up prior to my wedding after the first look. Amazing! Book with them will no regret!!

I am so thankful for Fawnne/Salon Noa!! I moved to the area just a couple of years ago with my family with very healthy hair and unfortunately had a very unfavorable hair experience with a local hairstylist that left my daughter’s and my hair extremely damaged. A friend recommended Salon Noa to me and I reached out immediately to Fawnne for her expertise. I have been extremely impressed by Fawnne’s knowledge of hair and her exceptional customer service and care. When we arrived in her salon a little over a year ago, our hair was shedding, lifeless and I was extremely frustrated. She has birthed our hair back to life and it’s in a much stronger, healthier state. All without any further chemicals. I am so grateful for Fawnne and Salon Noa. Hands down, the best salon and stylist in Virginia Beach!

Going this spot about a year ago. The cosmetologist are primo! Very gentle with the hair. Know how to handle all types of hair. Thin, thick, kinky wavy, you name it. Very professional. Calming atmosphere, chill.

Salon Noa should really be at 5/5. Words cannot describe how wonderful this business is. I am one of those people who never get their hair done because of past experiences in other salons but Salon Noa has really restored my hair faith. My hair was damaged/a lot of breakage due to protein overload and Fawnne knew exactly what my hair needed. We started off with a hydrating shampoo and conditioner just to see where my hair was going to go from here. Then when i went to my appointment Fawnne followed up with a hair cocktail and a trim. When I tell you my hair felt restored, soft ,and manageable that is truly an understatement. I couldn't believe the results!! Also the customer service in the salon is impeccable. Upon entering the establishment everyone greets you and all the stylist work as a whole not just individuals which i truly enjoyed. I love how Fawnne calls you by your name and not just "hey its your turn." Those little things just change the whole dynamic of the experience there at the salon. I will be a returning customer for sure!!!
