I am very upset with the service I had here . I had to go to a different salon to fix my color. even this other salon stated that I had a really bad job done on my hair and that I deserved a full refund. I tried talking to the owner Tracey about my experience and how unhappy I was with the service and Tracey treated me very disrespectful and told me she didn’t care to leave the salon. It’s sad because if the owner cared about her business she would have listened or treated me with respect . I was never refunded and had to pay twice to have someone correct their mistake that they will not take full responsibility and was treated in a very disrespectful manner with no customer service.

It's always a great experience when I get my haircut with Lauren. She is an amazing syalists and person! She listens and takes time with you, and is very honest if you have any questions she wants to make sure you will be happy with the cut and style ! I always feel a better me after seeing Lauren!

What a transformation!! Mikayla was wonderful to work with and an absolute master with short/pixie cuts! I arrived with 20 inch length hair that I wanted gone!! I will say the initial look of shock I got from Mikayla when I told her what I wanted to do made me giggle a little but she absolutely nailed it!! To go from a lifetime of coloring my hair to my natural gray will be seamless thanks to her!
