Got my lashes done here by Candice and it was the worst set I've ever received. She glued the extensions on my lash line so it literally hurt to blink. I ended up ripping the lashes off just to relieve the pain. And when they came off, you can tell there was no isolation whatsoever. They came out in thick clumps. There were clusters (not fans) of lashes glued to 2-3 of my natural lashes! It's like she did not even try to separate the extensions once placed to let them dry before adding more. They all ended up stuck together. Very painful!

excellent service Beautiful salon! Cyrita is Awesome. Destiny is Awesome too. Never had a cute Classy ponytail but she had me cute Sassy and Classy because I was working out and still wanted Classy. I've been going to Cyrita for YEARS. LOVE THEM BOTH

Cyrita does am AMAZING JOB every time I sit in her chair! I have never worn my hair in a cut that is as low as what she cut it (a pixie cut) and I love it! I can’t wait to go back and just sit in her chair and watch her create her magic with my hairstyle! I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!! And also, (in somewhat of a response to the unhappy customer review) I want to include that I am not related nor have I had any previous contact or any type of friendship with anyone that is affiliated with salon n-v me prior to finding info of the salon from Instagram. And I have been a VERY HAPPY customer from day one! Don’t knock it until you try it FOR YOURSELF!

I have been going here for nearly a year. Cyrita does an excellent job maintaining my short style. I love the relaxed atmosphere . I am not kin to these professional young women but simply a satisfied customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. DO NOT let a little decor or new-owner-remodeling fool you. It’s the SERVICE/CUSTOMER SRV that matter in ANY successful BUSINESS. Who we believe to be the owner (name unknown) & the stylist (Melanie) have the WORST attitudes of my almost 60 yrs of life. The salon is not welcoming by any means. ZERO! in class, tact & most importantly warmth/professionalism. We have lived in several metropolitan cities from NYC to LA to the ATL even overseas and have visited from mid-level to high-end Salons over the yrs & have never experienced the treatment received at SalonNVMe salon. The service requested was explained extensively; even photos/images were provided sadly executed poorly. Although, went in w/ an open mind and in-lighting of being transparent/honesty— the wash & conditioner was fair yet, the execution of the style (which is key for any customer) was extremely disappointing!!! There was an inability for the stylist (Melanie) to respond professionally to a bad job of styling. Unfortunately, Melanie demonstrated poor listening skills & she totally failed with her visionary abilities to do what the customer originally requested. The underlying concern is... the overall experience was horrible, especially, when the owner got involved out of embarrassment and choose to pick sides... & it was totally against the customer (she was terrifying.) The owner instead of being a mediator and diffusing the matter instead escalated the issue and made things worse. Ms Melanie & the owner needs improvement with the ability to communicate without getting fired up (leave their emotions out a business environment) develop a problem-solving mindset and provide better service with professionalism. * PLEASE NOTE: * If someone writes a good review it’s possibly that it’s a friend or a relative(s) being advised or instructed to do so to increase the Salon’s ratings—DO NOT let that fool you. There are (4) much nicer, adequate and professional salons in the immediate area.

I’ve been going to Destiny for about 3 years now... The service is excellent and her skills are A1!!! People often think my sew ins are my real hair!!! My natural is also beautiful and healthy!!! I drive all the was from Loganville for her services!!! You paid for what you get and her skills are UNDENIABLE!!!! Highly satisfied and highly recommend to anyone!!!

They not only promote healthy hair, they walk you through how to maintain it, take their time to achieve the look you’re going for and have awesome customer service. My mother, my daughter and myself love this salon. For many years we have been trying to find a consistent salon and we have finally found one, we’ve been customers here for over a year and plan to continue to support them many years to come!
