I can’t praise Lauren enough! I found Lauren at a different salon and followed her when she moved to ONYX. Not only is she beyond talented, but she is such a sweetheart too. It’s hard enough to find someone you can trust with your blonde hair, let alone someone who you genuinely click with and can happily spend hours in a salon with— Lauren checks all the boxes. Having been to 5+ salons in the last two years, I can confidently say Salon ONYX is a true gem in the Valley. Highly recommend Lauren and ONYX for all your hair needs, especially for the blonde girlies. You won’t regret it!

Onyx salon I a sweet boutique salon. It’s a lovely quiet area in Scottsdale. Lauren is so talented and made me feel very comfortable and took extreme care to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. I’m so happy I have met her!

Maris really did the damn thing! Excuse my language but, she really made my hair dreams a reality! I’ve been wanting a REAL balayage for over 10 years!! Before Maris, everytime I went to a salon I would ask for a balayage and get highlights? Unblended and chunky highlights, which is not what I asked for. I wanted something natural, low maintenance and goes with me. Maris absolutely did that! She listened, understood the assignment and went in! In the chair it felt like her and I knew each other for years! There was never a dull moment! We talked, we gave each other advice, found out we were both Taurus's! I absolutely love her and will be going back to her for any of my hair needs! Thank you so much Maris!! ❤️ Go to Maris!!!!!! Thank you Onyx Salon!!! Will add before and after photos!

All of the stylists at this salon are personal, beyond talented and absolutely adorable. The salon itself is decorated so beautifully and is in a great location. I have been going to Sara for over 6 years. I dont even live in Arizona anymore and still make the commute from across the country just to sit in her chair. Sometimes when I arrive I have an exact vision for my hair and sometimes I tell her to experiment with whatever she feels would look best. In both situations I leave even more pleased than the previous visit (if that’s even possible). Sara is not only beyond talented at her job but is also a phenomenal listener, and great at recommending the perfect product for your hair type. You can’t go wrong with any of the stylists here. Entering a new salon can be scary at times and I can’t stress enough how warm and welcoming all the stylists in this salon are.

I’ve been going to Salon Onyx since it opened and I couldn’t be more impressed! The stylists are well educated on hair care, hair chemistry, products, and techniques so I leave every time with a perfect cut and colour. Everyone here is extremely friendly and warm. Cannot recommend Salon Onyx enough!!

My recent visit to Onyx Salon in Scottsdale was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible talents of Halle, a true hair artist. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the salon's trendy ambiance and warm vibes set the stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Halle, with her infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for her craft, made me feel like more than just a client. She took the time to chat and really understand what I envisioned for my hair. It was clear she wasn't just a stylist; she was a partner in creating the perfect look for me. I will absolutely be coming back in the future as I know I will always leave happy and beautiful! :)

Salon onyx is an exceptional salon, all the stylists are amazing and the vibe is super cute. Every time I go I love my hair so much! I’ve been going to Sara for cuts and color for many years now. She is the best at balayage and blow outs!

This is a clean, energetic, and well run salon; every time I go in, I have a fantastic experience. The owners truly care about each client, which is made obvious by the effort they make to accommodate my busy schedule and deliver perfection every! Single! Time! If you want to leave feeling beautiful, this is the place to go P.s. the stylists are always talking about new techniques they’ve learned to better their skills

Yes, yes, yes! I absolutely love this salon and Sara! If you go to Onyx any one of those ladies will make your hair dreams come true! I’ve never felt more at home in a salon than I do here.
