I was here for the first time and receptionist was so bad actitud. She looked at me like a plague, And she told me that if you don’t have an appointment you can come in.She was not friendly at all, nor did she ask me how can I help you or anything similar. I don’t think I’ll return only for this lady. They need to put someone professional and educated.

This place used to be so inviting and friendly. I was always greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. The person working the front now never looks up from her phone. I feel as though it's a problem for me to come in. Whoever is in charge of this place should really find someone who can set a better first impression. If it wasn't for me going to the same person for 10 years I would not come back. Hope someone who has some pull really sees this. Not a good look for the people paying for these suites.

We had to wait in the lobby for our stylist (who is awesome, by the way) and my grandbabies who are 3 and 5 were playing while we waited. We were watching them very closely and controlling them. If someone started to enter the building we made sure they stopped playing and didn't disturb anyone as they walked through to their stylists room. The lady sitting at the check-in came out of her room and told us that the kids had to sit down because they were bothering people and we needed to control our kids. She was EXTERMELY rude and unprofessional. The children were not disturbing anyone as we were the only people in the lobby. The 1 star is for her alone. My stylist gets a 5 star review.

I have been going to salon park for the last 6 years and have never encountered any unpleasing situation until now. This past weekend I went to my normal hair appointment, walked In and sat in the reception area waiting for my appoint time to come up , and to my surprise were 4 hispanic women who seem to work there being unnecessarily loud and obnoxious talking about inappropriate things that should not be spoken about in an area where clients are waiting. To me that was highly unprofessional especially for a group of women that work there. I have never encountered such an unpleasant environment ever in all my 6 years of coming to this salon, and all I see it doing is going down hill if it at this point. it’s a place for me to come and de-stress not to hear workers gossiping and I understood everything because I speak Spanish and am bilingual , hopefully by the next time I go to my next hair appointment im not encountered in this situation again

I have nothing but the BEST experience with Ana Minotta! Ana always does amazing job with my hair! Ana is great at cutting my hair and doing my hightlights! I always feel happy with the results! I recommend Ana anyone who is looking for excellent Master!

Miriam is the best. She took her time with me she worked with my hair and told me what she thought was best she actually took her time and I felt like she cared. After having a bad experience after going to another hair salon she really made me feel better I felt comfortable with her. I am for sure going back to Miriam.

I was looking for a suite to rent and Ally really made me fall in love with Salon Park Katy over other salons I looked at. When I called, she answered right away and booked a tour for me the same day! She is totally bubbly and friendly-I liked seeing her help guests and take time to acknowledge them as they came and went. The salon is so clean and such a nice atmosphere. I am looking forward to opening my business there and am proud to tell my clients I will be located in Salon Park Katy!

If you need someone that’s precise with what you want come on by and she Lidni Flores in suite 102 for the best services not only is her suite super clean but the professionalism from her is extremely appreciated. She was so patient with me and even had the best hair products suited for my hair type i walked out feeling and looking beautiful as ever

This review is not pertaining to services but the lack of professionalism from the location manager. While waiting for my appointment I hear loud music being played and lots of loud talking from different suites. As we wait my 18 month older is talking loudly. No louder than these other suites or the manager’s very unprofessional personal call as she walks the hallway. The location manager comes up to me and orders me to take my “misbehaving” child outside. Telling me she can not make noise as it bothering her. I at first thought she was joking but clearly she was not as she continued and told me to do what she said. My stylist was utterly embarrassed by the location manager and her conversation with me and the treatment toward my child.
