I love love loooove this salon! Liz and Adam are such funny people and make sure I’m not bored while they do my hair. I am obsessed with their services and can’t imagine going anywhere else ever since I met them‼️❤️

I’ve been going to James since May 2022 and haven’t let anyone else touch my hair since! Every single cut and blowout I’ve received from James has been amazing, and I’ve never trusted a hairstylist more. I even travel from NJ - sometimes just for a trim! James always listens to what I want and brings my vision to life. I’ve recommended him to everyone and their mothers (literally), and everyone who’s gone feels the same way. I love love love this salon - it's warm, welcoming, and filled with talented professionals. I'm beyond satisfied and always have the best experience!

Liz has magic in her hands; she cuts and colors hair beautifully. Liz does her job perfectly and is a very cheerful person. She interacts with her clients sincerely. It’s a wonderful place—everyone there is so friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Should have read Anthony's review prior to even calling, called requesting color appointment, told i had "to book a consultation," clerk just refused to schedule, came to consultation, female glowingly scolded me for being "20 minutes late," did offer to wait, told me ,you are not going to be seen today"; i reminded her it was a consultation because she refused to schedule over the phone, such consultation are usually being done on the go, then the male at the front desk announced, we are running a profram here, its nit just a hair salon," good luck running such a business that affords not only to turn people away but to antagonize them, salon looked decrepit, no parking in the vicinity

They are amazing here! Jenna is great, gave me a cute haircut!!! She gives awesome and honest consultations, I believe she works on Sundays. Everyone here is lovely and they do an amazing job.

I am usually not one to leave negative reviews, but in this situation, it is absolutely necessary. Despite my wife's loyalty to this salon, they have continuously double booked, forgotten appointments, insisted on dictating her haircut, and have been unavailable for weeks at a time. Today, when we called, we were immediately put on hold. After finally getting through, my wife requested a haircut for tomorrow and was told there was an open spot at 2:30. However, as the appointment was being booked, they suddenly claimed that the spot was filled and insisted that she make an appointment for another day. My wife declined and decided to go to another salon. Not only did they have an immediate opening, but they also charged half the price. I sincerely hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the salon to improve how they treat their customers.

Always a great experience. Jenna is amazing and is always our go to for everything for my daughter. Myself, my mother, and even my grandmother also all use this salon and everyone is polite, listens to what you want and works with you to make every visit special.

Jennifer is an absolute delight, with a fun bubbly personality and masterful hands. Before coming to Phoenix salon I did some serious research, reading reviews of many salons and checking out social feeds of different hairstylists to see their work. The salon has a welcoming upbeat vibe, the team is super friendly and you can just tell they are like family to each other. Overall a pleasant atmosphere and a professional crew, engaging with clients and offering a great service. Jennifer has an impressive body of work on IG and I couldn't wait to get in her chair. She is quite busy so took time to get a booking. I have a particular style for my long hair, Jennifer gladly listened to what I am looking to get done and delivered an excellent quality haircut, exactly what I wanted. I've had many stylists but rarely got the exact cut I asked for. Jennifer however delivered perfection. Thank you! Super happy with my experience and highly recommend Phoenix Salon.

Pretentious hair salon with no courtesy! I made an appointment with them and they didn't have the courtesy to call me to cancel; their hair stylist's family passed away. I'm sorry to hear that, but should at least try to call to cancel instead of me walking there to find out last second. They said they will call me back to reschedule (I honestly wouldn't go back to them anyway. LOL) They didn't even follow through. Well, I went to another salon that didn't need appointment and did my hair exactly how I wanted it. This hair salon just seems pretentious and expensive for no real reason. Not professional at all. No craps given.

Staff is probably doing their good job and yadda yadda, but organizing moments plus customer service definitely need work! I made an appointment and front desk confused the date…or maybe she just decided to put me whenever staff is available without confirming with client…so I’m coming on the day I’m supposed to get done my haircut and girl at the front desk saying that she put me on the next day, and why would you even try to say “sorry” for your own mistake, right?! Don’t bother, just tell me to reschedule, cuz it’s easy to do Okay! I agreed to reschedule for a next week… And this time I was running late. Ofc it’s not their fault, but they have policy for being late, which is 15 min. I still got time to come, I was only 5 blocks away from salon, and they just blew me off saying it will not work and telling me to reschedule. Seriously?! Even I was late for appointment Ive never had this experience before in any salon! Your customer late ,I get it , it’s his/her fault, but if they still have this time you don’t ditch them in case you don’t know! You can say that there will be some limits like no hairstyle or whatever, you just don’t treat client like that! I could be already in the salon chair and get work done while you were blowing me off over the phone. Reschedule? Never again, thank you
