Went there for a 1:00 Tuesday pouring rain . I get there lights were on fans going door locked . Waited outside for a half hour no one came or answered phone . No one called to cancel after I drove all the way there for nothing. Bad business. To many other shops

honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised. I came in yesterday because the sign says “walk-ins” welcome. there are two hairdressers in there and two clients in there and one was almost done and they told me they were overwhelmed and did not have time to trim my hair and that if I left my information that I would get a call and they would book me for another time. OK.great! fine, no problem! But yet I never got a call and every time I call it’s going straight to voicemail it’s obvious at the salon is Tailored to a very “specific” type of person. No diversity. It's obvious that if they assume u can't afford it you're not welcome. I didnt even bother to try and walk back in and set up an appointment.

I LOVE DAVID!!! If you want an awesome super talented hairdresser David is your guy!! I have gone to a few hairdressers in my life and I can honestly say that David is the BEST!! ❤ My highlights are beautiful!!

I have called twice both times within working hours and left a voicemail and still have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I was impressed by reviews but I won’t be coming here because clearly they don’t want new business. If this is an indication of service I’m worried

David is amazing and exceptional at everything he does because he gives 100% detail to whatever he focuses on. His gorgeous, one of a kind extensions added magic to my hair and I highly recommend him!

I am letting my natural grey blend in and needed someone who could do highlights and silver glazing. Penny did a fantastic job. She knew exactly what I needed. Pricing was reasonable and did not have to wait weeks for an appt. Would definitely go back.

Poor customer skills. Walked in to get a haircut and they claimed they didnt have anyone available when this is the most basic thing you learn in beauty school. Walk in welcomes on the door but obviously not true.

Wow! Called Penny in tear's. Had paid another stylist to color twice to correct my golden hair. Penny did an AMAZING job fixing it! Met David, the owner. What good people. Cried when Penny was done!

Beautiful salon! Friendly & professional people. David is really amazing, Penny was my stylist & he assisted her to achieve the icy, extra blonde color I wanted, while I had color correction done to my half dark brown half grown out & old bleach job. Which took a long time but they really put the work in and didn’t rush. I’m a customer for life-if you want to go platinum this is the place!! Has the best bleaching products like Olaplex & Goldwell. Love my new color!!

David is the absolute best in my opinion at color!! He's won a national award for extensions too, ladies! And everyone else at the salon is fun and friendly. I look forward to an appt there to see not only David, but Courtney and Laine too! Yes, you need to book in advance, but who wants their hair done by someone who's never got work? Isn't that a sign? 😳 It's worth the wait if you're serious about finding a professional, clean- not to mention gorgeous salon with our local talent.

I made an appointment 4 months in advance....YES FOUR MONTHS....and I received an text message 1 hour before my appoint telling me they cancelled on me.....I confirmed the appointment 3 days ago....and I am told there is no room. Obviously their email confirmations mean nothing. I called and I was told they were cancelling anyway......I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Best Salon in Fort Myers Florida...PERIOD! Top notch staff and gorgeous salon! David is the Best and I love having a little bit of his Los Angeles flair in this town! We are so lucky to have talent like his in SWF!

Best Salon experience in Fort Myers! Every time I arrive I am offered beverages(wine), snacks and greeting by their very friendly staff! The salon is inviting and decorated beautifully with a very modern and boutique/art gallery vibe. David is my stylist and when he is finished with my hair I always feel like a hair model! I have been going to David for over 2 years and he is always professional and gives me the consultation, cut/color and blow out that I Love! I will always be a Salon Platinum girl! I cannot say enough amazing things about Salon Platinum! If your looking for an amazing salon experience this is the place to get that and more! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!
