I saw a nail tech there. I won’t mention her name today but while I saw her she made racist remarks. Is this common in the great state of Florida?

The absolute bare minimum of any type of service Barely filled or buffed or shape my nail and toes All the polishes were old and separated Nat flys indicating low sanitation of the pedicure tub Totally disappointed only thing I can say good is the ladies in the shop was nice.

I travel to follow a particular stylist. Her words, "I let your hair tell me how to cut". No one else gives me a haircut twice what it costs. Ask for Gillian. My wife approves.

READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT NAILS not HAIR. I bought a groupon for my girlfriend, and now I look like an idiot because of the negative experience she had there. Nettie admits she is not experienced with Dip, and by the look of my gf's nails, it shows. Nettie was friendly, and that's why I gave two stars instead of 1. But setting up the appointment was difficult (no call back after leaving VM and no reply to initial text message). There was little of what she usually expected for a manicure (no cuticle push; paint didn't go to the edge of the nail; no soaking). I was trying to give a gift, and now my girl has "embarrassment" written all over her hands, instead. Won't be back for the pedi. Asked groupon for a refund, and even if they don't give it, I'll just write it off. It was that bad.

I was looking for a place to have my hair and nails done and after reading a review that the owner replied to when a customer complained showed my how unprofessional a business could be. I also walked in just to check it out and it very dingy and is a hair salon not really nails, I think they just do it on the side. The woman said "oh our nail lady isn't here" just a bad experience in general. In the review she told the woman that she was late and had nasty nails.. I mean who says that.. very unprofessional
