This was my First time coming here, I’ve heard great things about this salon from friends and family but thought the 40 minute drive was not worth it. I decided to finally give it a try and they did not disappoint. Angela was my hairstylist and from the moment I arrived she gave me great costumer service and focused her attention on me. They even offered beverages while they set up, and don’t get me started on the wash. She left my hair feeling so silky and clean. The color was so bright and she gave me exactly what I asked for. This was a 10/10 experience and would recommend anyone to come give them a try.

Chaney did an amazing job! I’m very happy with my haircut. They’re very talented not only with hairstyling/cutting, but also knowledgeable with hair products. The staff was very nice and prompt. The establishment was organized and well attended.

Chloe is amazing!! She saved my botched box dyed hair and took me to a beautiful chocolate brown for around $80-90! She listened to what I wanted and made me feel beautiful. I will book with her again! My only note and definitely not a reflection on the stylist at all: I took off a star because the salon charges random fees at the end. Services are expensive enough as is.

I was ill, forgot and missed by appt. In addition, I did not receive a reminder. I was then charged 50% of appt. time. I realize it's there policy but still........it's shortsighted. They have now lost a loyal customer. I will never have my hair cut there again!!!!

paid $80 for a haircut only to realize upon leaving multiple parts were left unshaven. really wish I would've been told if skill level wasn't up to doing unique cuts. sweet stylist but so unlike what I wanted.

Beware: what they quote, is not what they charge. I booked a simple single process gray root touch up. My stylist was actually fine and she did a decent job. It all broke down when I checked out with the clueless receptionist. The single process was $75 online and when I confirmed on the phone. When she rang me up, suddenly it was $85. When I asked why she said the following reasons: extra charge for more product (did not say which product), environmental charge and recycling hair charge. Naturally I asked more to understand what these random charges were as this has never happened to me in my over 25+ years of getting my hair done. She said 2.50 for the hair dye (again, how unprofessional, no salon ever has charged for more product); then the rest is some BS they put on a card board at the register for "environmental"...so they recycle my washed up hair (GROSS!) and charge me so they can be better to the enviornment?? The clueless receptionist was not able to explain further. I told her point blank this is NOT how you treat customers, you tell them up front what the service costs and that's how it works. If they want to tack on $10 add'l for nonsense charges, LET ME KNOW UP FRONT. This is the most ludicrous thing I have ever seen/heard. The charges continue. I went to tip and they use "tippy" so I got to pay an additional $3 or so just to tip my stylist! Unbelievable this place is!! To the manager of this store: this was my first visit to your salon. I was really hoping for a better experience since I am in search of a go-to salon. I go to the salon weekly. The check out process was just awful and it is not accpetable to charge your customers an extra $10 "just because" and never explain it. Very disappointing experience.

Hilary did an amazing job on my hair! She is personable and makes you feel at home in her chair. She did amazing blonde highlights on my naturally red hair and she works efficiently. I highly recommend Salon Red and Hilary!

I had my hair cut by Dakota and appreciated her services, as well as the help of the receptionist. My cut came out great and Dakota was helpful with translating what I had in mind into a great new look for my hair.

I highly recommend this salon I've been a customer since I moved to Brookhaven well over 8 years ago. Olga is outstanding. She is a bad axx colorist and her cuts are equally fabulous. She cuts to my hair type and she's a great listener and even is very kind when she tells me yeah that's a nice idea but we're not going to do that... it's not fit you. Love her. In case you wonder how much I value her talent I have booked through 2026.

Really disappointed by the cut that my daughter received today. Dakota charges $90 for a haircut! I’m happy to pay that for a quality haircut. Unfortunately, It was much shorter than my daughter wanted and basically looks like a bowl cut in the front. My daughter showed her pictures but something was lost in communication. It’s unfortunate, because my daughter starts a new school soon and is not feeling very confident after this haircut. If you use Salon Red, I’d suggest making all communication extremely clear and possibly repeating yourself multiple times to be sure you are understood.

Jessica has been cutting my hair for years. She and her team at Salon Red are consummate professionals. She is an expert in helping you find the best solution for your particular type of hair. Beyond just giving you a great cut, she also walks you through selecting the best products and possible other treatments or options for your particular hair type. Honestly, I don’t trust anyone else to cut my hair! I have thin hair and with her I know I’m in good hands. With my hair, the wrong snip here or there spells stress and disaster! I have tried other stylists and salons but always return to her because she’s the BEST!

Olga is a miracle worker! I know, high praise for just a hair cut BUT it’s true! I have naturally curly hair and waited over a year to get a hair cut. I had a baby 6 months ago and postpartum hair loss hit hard so I was beyond nervous to get a hair cut. Olga was so sweet and kind. She listened to all my concerns, reassured me my hair would come back, and walked me through her game plan. The hair cut turned out great and I will definitely be back to see her!

Alondra did an amazing cut and balayage. An incredible eye for detail and great at explaining how to style and what products she recommends for styling and maintenance. She even did a styling demo for me to show how the color changes depending on how it's styled. Super down to earth and easy to talk to. Incredibly talented.

My wife and I have been seeing Chaney for a year and a half now and we absolutely love her. She provides a luxurious experience and always makes us feel amazing and well taken care of. She has helped my curly hair so much, and I love the wax she uses for my brow/facial wax.

I was so impressed with Chloe! I came in for a regular haircut after having my own hand in trying to cut my hair (lol) and she did phenomenally with it! I’ve already booked another appointment with her and I’m really happy with the overall experience I had!
