I’ve been getting my haircut by Kristina for years. I have worked in a salon and had it done by others and there is just no one that compares. She is so good at what she does. From the luxury massage and shampoo/conditioner services to the precision of every hair she cuts. I leave feeling so beautiful and have the healthy hair. She used the best products and makes you look and feel so fabulous. I would 100% recommend her to any one for all hair services she provides. Truly incredible.

Just got my hair cut and dyed by Kristina and she was absolutely amazing! I love to learn about hair care because my hair is very brittle and prone to damage and she talked me through each step she was doing, including teaching me about the products and even recommended me some when I asked! Very skillful with her hair cutting skills and the dye came out flawless. I am so glad I went here because I don’t think I ever had a positive salon experience until today!

Just had my hair colored and cut by Cassie and had perhaps the best salon experience I’ve had in a decade. She listened to me, was attentive to my experience and fixed my hair coloring from another salon. Everything was so lovely! Love my hair color (so subtle and sunkissed) and my hair cut (perfect trim and bang cut).

I am so grateful I found Salon Ritual! I've had amazing haircuts from both Cassie and Kristina. My most recent haircut from Kristina might be my favorite haircut I've ever had. She was incredibly thorough and had great attention to detail. Plus, the scalp massage during the shampoo was worth the appointment alone!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Salon Ritual. I’ve been going there for four years, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Zakiya is not only one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met, she is an incredible stylist. We have changed both my cut and color multiple times throughout the years, and she always come through with the perfect cut and color. She approaches every time with thought and listens to all of my half baked ideas. The salon itself has an incredible vibe and is always so relaxing. I cannot recommend Salon Ritual enough!

I had my hair dyed by Olena and she was amazing! I’ve been bleaching my hair for the past few years and wanted to go back to my natural color that Olena got just right! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that :) highly recommend Olena for your next hair appointment

Kristina did an amazing cut for me! I love it! She styled it so well also and the product she used made my hair so soft. All this is, of course, awesome but I’d go back just for the head rub she gave me while washing my hair. So nice! Thank you Kristina!

I had my hair touched up by Olena, and that was the best experience ever. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by professionals, in the quiet relaxing atmosphere. When we got to washing the hair I usually fall asleep. The scalp massage is something Im looking forward to when i go for my next appointment. Olena did special massage, with scalp treatments to renew hair shine. Olena truly is one of the best hair stylist, and colorist I've ever met. I highly recommend Olena if you are planning to change the color or fix it after highlights or uneven tone. She has very big experience in coloring hair from Ukraine where she had a salon. If you are looking for your hair dresser, look no more. Olena is the one!!!!

If I could give CASSIE ten stars, I would. From her gentle approach to her Zen head massages when I'm receiving basin treatments, Cassie goes above and beyond the call of duty. I was visiting from out of town and a bit nervous to try someone new but she's going to be my go to now whenever I'm visiting Seattle. She made me feel at home immediately and welcomed me into the salon from day one. Please give Cassie a raise (because she can't receive tips) she's so good at what she does and it's clear she loves it and is present with every customer who walks into your salon.

Olena is a true professional hair/color expert! I started getting keratin treatment for my natural hair a year ago, I can’t tell you how happy I am with a quality and growth of my hair. Few weeks ago I decided to add more blonde to my hair and I knew where to go. Olena used this technique with a blow dryer and we achieved the most natural result! The actual hair salon is super nice too and they don’t accept tips. Highly recommend Olena for any of your hair needs.

Hard to get a better experience. Convenient location & parking, great price - love that I don't have to worry about tipping! Olena and Megan are outstanding in their craft - they take their time and ensure everything is perfect. I started here, then my wife started coming and now we even bring the kids.

I recently visited Salon Ritual for their “More Blonde Please” service with Olena, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Olena did an amazing job and really took her time to make sure my hair was perfect. The studio itself has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I’ve met Olena a few months ago when I was looking for a new place to get a haircut, and she is a true artist!! She’s so good that people have literally stopped me on the street to compliment my hair SEVERAL times. Olena used a new highlighting technique called airtouch to achieve a gorgeous result on my then-virgin hair. She separates the hair strands using a hair dryer and following the natural growth pattern of my hair, which gives a beautiful and seamless blend with my natural color. I also love how the product she used is very gentle and didn’t damage my hair, which looks super healthy even after going several shades lighter. Salon Ritual is a special place, and both Olena and Megan have been incredibly kind and attentive during my appointments! And the best part - they charge per hour and don’t accept tips, so you actually know how much you’ll spend on your appointment ahead of time & know that your hairstylist is being fairly compensated for their work!

My first time at Salon Ritual and I’ll definitely be back! Cassie did such an amazing job - from listening to what I wanted for my haircut, to thoroughly explaining each step of the hair wash, cut and styling process. She has a great eye for detail and took care to double check everything after blowdrying to make sure the lengths looked good. The salon wasn’t crowded (1-2 other customers max while I was there) and had soothing music and plenty of natural lighting. Overall such a relaxing ambiance and I never felt rushed! Thanks Cassie and the Salon Ritual team ☺️

I felt compelled to write my first review ever because of this salon. As someone with short hair I’m used to quick cuts and nothing more. At Salon Ritual I was treated with care and much needed attention was given to my scalp. I felt so spoiled, I will compare any salon I go to in the future to my experience here. I will be back!

This is hands-down the best salon in Seattle. I've spent over a decade looking for a reliable and comfortable salon, and this place has the most welcoming and talented group of stylists. Special shout-out to the owner Megan who is incredibly nice and knowledgeable! I have recently been going to Olena who I think is a newer stylist there, and I can't even describe how talented she is. She is an artist. I'm not always the best at describing the hairstyle I want but somehow she still understands what I'm asking for. And she nails every single request I make, every time, without fail. ps: This review isn't paid for and I don't work there. I just really love this salon and feel like they, and especially Olena, deserve recognition for their amazing work.

I had the most amazing experience with Megan as well as her team as they made me felt welcomed and comfortable with each apportionment! After not being in a salon for years and never dying my hair previously, Megan treated me with the upmost care and hospitality during my appointments. She listened to me as a client while also explained the importance of hair care. It was so fun watching her work with my hair as the technique she did for dying my hair was air touch where she personalized it for me. With completing this approach, my hair still remains healthy but now has a fun new look to it. My hair feels and looks luxurious and I’m so excited to show it off! Megan is a remarkable and talented hairstylist and educator. Their quality of service is impeccable and their philosophy as a salon is one that i love. I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon this gem! Visiting from out of town, I was in dire need of a haircut. Booking an appointment with Cassie turned out to be the best decision ever! The experience was absolutely delightful. Cassie was incredibly generous with her time, attentively addressing all my queries and concerns. Undoubtedly, one of the finest experiences and haircuts I've ever had. I only wish I lived in Seattle so I could become a regular!

Whether you’re looking for a haircut or vivid color, Cas is THE gal to do it!! I’ve been going to her for all of my hair needs since she was in beauty school, and she continues to grow, always ready to try something new!! Since Megan has established her own salon, I have been exposed to luxury in a multifaceted way, I was unaware could be done. I always believe high end hair means paying hundreds of dollars at a designer name salon, with designer hair products to choose from from the front of the store, where I also schedule my next appointment, and pay the bill + tip. Which always left me feeling awkward, and in other peoples way. I look back at how my previous salon experiences have been at other salons, through the decades and I never once left feeling 💯 more glamorous like I do now. My hair is paid for when I arrive in the chair (including tip), product is brought to me at the end as I’m taking off the apron, to reveal the new me, my next appointment already scheduled. All I do is give my thanks and walk out feeling like I’m VIP. The best part is when Megan broke from the mainstream and built her own product wall with what she wanted. I had to call Megan 4 days after my appointment to tell her how confused but in love with my hair! It’s salon soft still, and it’s not breaking, my life mission to fighting frizz and having my natural waves look silky even after going blonde finally happened. I’m not buying anti frizz products or have several types of shampoos in my shower. My dry scalp I’ve been dealing with over the years has vanished. No product I’ve bought costing $60 or more has ever helped my hair feel and look this good! So grateful for an Artist like Megan! That was my better experience beauty services! I tried for a long time to find such a specialist who would make the shade I needed and I found this person in the Ritual salon. Olena is an extremely talented professional and a dedicated person! I recommend!
