Idalia made my first experience at Salon Saia very pleasant! She was able to listen about my recent hair care journey and make the best recommendations based off of what she saw and my story. Caroline was phenomenal! She takes the time to listen and hear your concerns and desires for your hair. She will help choose the right color and style if you ask. You will feel beautiful and confident when you leave the salon. Her assistant Haleigh was very sweet and very helpful. They are a good team.

I had a wonderful experience with Taylor at Salon Saia. Taylor took extra time to discuss my hair goals with me along with hair health. My cut was ultimately different than what I initially envisioned, but it was Taylor’s knowledge and guidance that made me feel confident in my ultimate decision. She was kind, knowledgeable and fun throughout the entire appointment. She offered great tips and suggestions for hair health and upkeep and offered a few product suggestions but was in now way pushy. And of course she does a great hair cut. I will certainly look to her for future hair care needs. Thank you, Taylor!

I visited Iridian today for my first visit. I came in looking for a more natural lived in highlight. Very happy with the result! Iridian did a great job adding depth and dimension and broke up the harsh grow out line. Thank you Iridian!

This was my first time coming to the salon and first time meeting Reina. She was so nice and talked me through the process she reccomended for what i wanted. I love the way my hair came out. I'll definitely be back to see her.

What a beautiful salon in Cary, NC! I was there to purchase some hair products and Caleb & the owner Whitney were so patient with me. They took the time to explain the different product offerings from the Kerastase line and which ones would be best suited for my needs. I love that - and the products smell oh so good, too! Although I still stand by my original review, edited to add: BLUF: If you’re looking for a salon that’s going to work with you, this probably isn’t the one. Really tough to schedule if you’re a SAHM with no childcare/ family in the area. A really good salon would try to work with clients, especially established ones. This is a good salon, but not the best I’ve had when it comes to treating clients like they are valued. For me, this is two star treatment which is why I changed my rating. If you have a lot of flexibility, then this very well could be a five star salon for you. Of course, my 8 month old developed a nasty cold the night before my appointment, so there was no way I would be able to go. IYKYK. I felt really bad because it was a cut/ color/ style appointment and I know that a last minute cancellation for an appointment like that is not fair for the stylist. But there’s nothing I can do about it. I made sure to text early in the morning before they opened that I would not be able to make my 11:00 appointment under my circumstances. I was reminded that 24 hours was required for cancellation, which is an irrelevant reminder since she became sick less than 24 hours before my appointment. My parents are coming down from PA for a few days, but there was no flexibility to squeeze me in, even just for a cut/ wash. Really disappointed at not being able to get to an appointment because I had been looking forward to it. I wish the receptionist was more understanding and proactive to look into any options available, such as offering a waitlist (I had to ask instead of being offered it). Original: Every staff member is incredibly friendly, Irridian did a fantastic job, and the playlist was fire.

Téa was amazing! I’m very indecisive and she helped talk through all the decisions. Her color and cut was amazing and it was one of the first times I’ve gotten my hair done and was 100% happy with everything

Wonderfully friendly and helpful in guiding the consultation part of the cut. I love that she makes sure I know exactly what she is going to do and it is what I want. Great stylist.

Iridian is my go-to stylist! From my first consultation, she was incredibly attentive, answered all my questions, and gave me great recommendations based on my hair history. Every visit to Salon Saia with her is such a comfortable and fun experience. She’s always welcoming, explains different techniques thoroughly, and makes sure I leave loving my hair. I look forward to every appointment with her!

Absolutely amazing experience! Tea is a true artist and a professional in every sense. I was very nervous about getting my hair cut since I’ve always stuck with a blunt cut, but I felt it was time to try something new. When I arrived, Tea did a thorough consultation with me. We discussed in detail what I wanted and didn't want, and she even pulled up Pinterest for inspiration. Her patience and genuine care for achieving the best outcome for me were evident from the start. The end result was beyond my expectations! Tea’s friendliness, combined with her exceptional talent, made the entire experience delightful. I can't wait to have her do my hair again. 10/10 highly recommend!

Taylor was great about asking questions to achieve the look I was envisioning! She listened to what I wanted and provided me with excellent education on hair care, which I really appreciated. Amy is amazing as is everyone at Salon Saia! I look forward to every appointment with Amy & truly live the woman that she is over all and needless to say it definitely doesn't hurt that I always leave her chair feeling like the perfect combination of sass and simple beauty. I'm on A LOT of medications which impacts my hair in general (especially the heavy hitter diuretics daily!) and she always knows how to ensure that I feel not only beautiful but also listened to and uplifted by the time I am done with my appointment. 🧡❤️💙💜
