My son and I just left the salon and I have to say, I can’t wait to go back! Saida is truly one of the loveliest souls I have ever met. She took such great care with my son’s wavy/curly hair. She even made him laugh and talk and he’s a huge introvert. We can’t wait to go back. P.S. her staff is pretty awesome too!

I have been getting my haircut with Saida for 7 years now as well as my two boys (7 and 4 year olds). I have curly hair, and she always gives me and my sons’ stylish haircuts that we get compliments on. Going for a haircut with Saida is a really relaxing experience. She is one of the nicest, most wisest person I know that I always leave a little more peaceful and inspired. She spoils my boys and me. My boys love her! So grateful to have her in our lives.

I recently had my hair cut for the first time in 7 years by the fabulous Saida. As a woman with curly hair I had been traumatized 1 too many times by bad hair cuts in the hands of stylists who didn’t know how to cut curly hair. I explained this to Saida. She said that she was going to cut each curl piece by piece and would show me where she wanted to cut and ask before cutting each piece. That was amazing to ease my anxiety and help with my trust. I have very slow growth and Saida gave me lots of instructions on how to nourish my hair so it will break less and also how to stimulate growth. She’s genuinely such a kind person. I highly recommend her, especially if you’ve had hair trauma like me.

Saida is one of the best hair stylists I’ve gotten a haircut from. They do such a great job at keeping everything clean—no cut hair on your shirt or anywhere when you walk out. She uses great products and knows A LOT about hair care. Just going for hair tips is so valuable. She oils and washes the hair, cuts, and styles. Saida has inspired me to learn more about hair care. She’s a blessing. Her staff is also wonderful. For reference I have long, thick, wavy hair. The photo is at the end of the haircut session which included the style.

The absolute best salon! Saida is not only the most gregarious and wonderful person, she is literally the only stylist I trust to cut my thick/silky do’. No one else has been able to cut my hair evenly or knows how to handle thick/wavy hair. It is such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable and kind! No matter where I am in the world, I will always go back to her! Highly recommend if you seek a professional, clean, current and all around spectacular salon!

Got a haircut with Ashley yesterday. From the moment I walked in she was so kind to me and it was clear she was a professional. She was very precise when shampooing and cutting my hair. I just wanted a small trim, to keep the shape and length fairly long and Ashley did exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend this salon and specifically Ashley to my friends and family. I have been going to Saida for all cuts and colors for the last 10 years. In that time, I have recommended her to over a dozen family and friends who also still see her. One of my favorite things about Saida is that if there is every anything you are even slightly dissatisfied with, if it's something you saw her for, you simply go back for a fix. I have done this several times, especially for more different cuts and colors than "my usual". I just call her up, let her know I need a little more taken off or a little more blonde, and she tells me to come on in! Saida's infectious positive energy, dedication to her trade (she frequently travels to NYC and Paris for workshops) and her huge and genuinely caring heart make her irreplaceable.

I went to Saida Salon a few months ago and will never go back. The owner cut my hair. I was told to bend over and let my hair hang down towards the floor to be cut. She got on her knees ? ( I have short hair) I have never been upside down for a haircut, but trusted her even though she was not paying attention to me but talking with a friend from out of town sitting in a chair across from me. I was bent over upside down! Really!! I was not given a chance to look in the mirror when finished and would have definitely noticed my hair was 1 1/2" shorter on the left side than the right! When I got home and looked in the mirror and saw my lopsided hair I was shocked and very upset. I could have gone back to have the right side cut shorter to match the left but decided I would never go back. Sad story for me, it took 3 months to grow my hair back to be even on both sides. My friends tried to comfort me but when you hair is short there was no way to cover it up.

asked for a full balayage and they bleached my hair but didn’t dye it and it looks veeeerrry cheap now.... $210 for a bleach and they missed a large chunk of my hair
